The hotel is at the foot of the mountain and the environment is very good, like a manor. There is a big park at the door. Breakfast is very simple, transportation is very inconvenient, you can only use the hotel's taxi, which is very expensive.

The last time I experienced a curfew was in 1990. How is it, as a hotel guest, who decided to have a late night out, I was unable to get back in to the hotel? I had to sleep in my car when I returned at 3:30am, there was no staff on site and all entrances to the lobby/hotel were locked. This is truly unacceptable. I will take my business elsewhere where security consists of a human and not locked doors.

Customer service is a 10. Every single staff member was helpful and courteous. My room was spotless, beds were luxurious and inviting. Breakfast buffet was scrumptious, everything was freshly made. Only stayed 2 nights. The only complain I would have was incredible humidity- but I am not sure hotel could do anything about that, that's just the climate. Helpful front desk and security, I needed a taxi which took a card payment and they were very eager to help. I may travel again soon- will definitely come back.
