My poor experience was due to staff. On arrival to room, door was propped open by safety clasp. Breakfast was non existent. Staff was uncooperative. One person cooking breakfast and he was eating in the kitchen (violates health dept. rules most places) told him, the breakfast was gone. Said he was working on it. 45 minutes later, still no breakfast, no bakery, no fruit, juice station a disaster, no pancake batter. Told him again. Told me to be patient. I did not have a choice. Tried tofile a complaint at front desk. Said no way to do that, just tell her. She said they had a busy morning and she was SURE he was working hard to do HIS JOB. When checked out, another employee came out and asked if all was ok. Said no, there was no breakfast. She blamed busy and supply chain issues. So there was NO attempt to satisfy the customer, only mI said he was eating. . She said he needed to eat too. All attitudes were inappropriate. Younger girl mocked me as a walked away. She did not know how to check me out. NONE of the employees had a HI badge. They knew how many guests they had and should have been prepared. Poorly staffed? Management fault. Poorly trained. Management fault. But these surely attitudes were totally on the employees. Disgraceful.
