If there is a zero star I wouldn’t even give a star. The room is poorly maintained. Everything is so run down. Look at the aircon in the pictures that is leaking. The furniture are all broken. The toilet is soooo dirty looking and when I use my feet automatically curled up. The glass to look into the sea is so dirty. The baby cot they provided is so dirty and snot safe to use. The rail of the baby cot is not stable. The breakfast area where they placed all the cup to the hot beverages is also dusty and stained with water mark. I didn’t have time to take a picture. There wasn’t even 10 tables of guests. Wasn’t busy when breakfast time. I don’t understand why there isn’t time to clean up the rack. Very strict on late checked out and insisted a fee of $100 rmb per hour when the occupancy rate is low. No maintenance of the room and cleanliness is poor. Won’t be back again. When checked in staff wasn’t helpful in helping of the bags and didn’t explained about the use of buggy. Wifi is almost non existence. Please do not book this hotel

The hotel facilities are okay and the room is large enough for 4 adults and 3 children. There is a small swimming pool in the room, and the children like to play and have fun. There are many delicious restaurants near the hotel that can be reached by car in about ten minutes. It's just that the hotel's breakfast is a bit poor.

Inaccurate advertisement: trip.com pic shows the property has 2 outdoor pools but one of the pool is for its sister property next door which we could not use.
Mediocre service: receptionist did not explain what are the amenities upon check in. When ask about the sunset cruise, her reply was to call the tour operator ourself without giving us the contact or how to call.
Breakfast was cold and bland we left feeling hungry
Property was old especially the phone, we couldn't call receptionist for buggy service because faulty phone. So we have to carry luggage ourself which is quite along walk with elderly

Very disappointed with the booking process! Booked for sea view room from Trip.com but was given an obstructing room instead! Was made to pay an additional rm$200 for sea view room! Was told that sea view room is not available for 3rd party booking platforms, only available through direct hotel booking. The hotel should have restrict all 3rd party booking services for providing fake information of their sea view rooms offering! The “fine” wording of “cannot guarantee to fulfill bla..bla..” only appears after I’ve made the booking! All in all, the stay is a very bad experience and decision!

Our 2nd time here with different types of room. My kids love the pool. The room is spacious with 2 king beds. I love booking hotel with trip.com because it’s much cheaper than others. Thanks again!
