We had a great time at the hotel, the people at the reception were very nice.
The water in the heated pool was very cold and we couldn't swim comfortably.

Nice heated (outside en inside) swimming pools for children. Very clean hotel and rooms. Good entertainment in the evening. Just a short walk to the sea and the port of alcudia.

What a lovely hotel, great for families All staff friendly meals we enjoyed at lunch that we paid for as we were self catering were lovely, reception were friendly welcoming always happy to help The children’s pool was fantastic as well as the play area , we paid to eat in the hotel, it was ok , nothing was hot enough for me , so I’m glad we went self catering Overall a fantastic area and a highly enjoyable hotel and fantastic area ,

Our 2nd stay in the Zafiro Tropic. Great for families, varied buffet meals. Super friendly staff, from cleaning, bar, waiters, lifeguards, reception all very welcoming - even at the end of the season when they must all be tired! :D Location is the best, just short stroll across the road to the beach. thanks for a great holiday!

Too crowded for us, it was not really relaxing, the entertainment was too late in the evening and untill too late. There was still a lot of noice after 21.30u. The pools were too cold, the weather was good but pools should have been a little warmer, kidspool defenitely!! Nevertheless, the staff was very friendly and the hotel and pools very clean. Location good, nearby the sea.

Nice location, nice hotel with all amenities, friendly and English speaking staff, opportunities for many types of sport/entertainment activities right at the hotel or provided by the hotel, bike rental at the hotel, bike trips tips and guide located at the hotel, grocery shop at the hotel, lovely food with big variety and possibility to taste different national cuisines (Spanish, Mexican, Greek, Italian,...)
