Location was okay but property is not maintain properly. Lights are not working properly. Have to change room once. Because fridge was not working and air-conditioned don't have remote.

First of all, i tried booking the hotel directly. Called them few times and sent email as they advised but didn't respond with the room availability. Room was pretty dark. No proper ventilation. Although it was an ac room didn't feel the air condition at all. Smell was was not pleasant. No soap (although shower gel available, no brush, no head cover. No slippers. Room service numbers were not readily available. Complimentary breakfast was okay but no one bothered asking if anything else was needed. No live counters. Did not sufficiently fill poori. Definitely not worth it for 4000- rs. Per night

Rooms were dirty, bathroom was dirty and smelly. Linen was very dirty. Floor was dusty. Lobby was dirty as well. Breakfast was below avarage.

it's a good hotel in the centre of city proper maintenance friendly staff quick response from the hotel management but the day I arrived, there was pest control on the ground floor so I have to take the room which was on the third floor to my hard luck the lift was also not working so I have to take stairs. still thumbs up to this hotel 👍
