My husband and kids had a wonderful stay. We had family in one room and one upstairs. We all had such a great time. The Rooms are very clean and very comfortable. We will definitely go back on are next family visit.. We give it a 💯.. We Loved it

Rooms pretty basic and a bit rugged around the edges as were the grounds. Pool wasn't totally clear and no shower to use before getting in. So called fish cleaning house in back was in shambles and completely unusable. Room stayed dank even if you ran the A/C on a low temp. The free breakfast was good and well maintained with scrambled eggs, potatoes, waffle maker, cereal, pastries, juices, etc. Beds were comfortable and not saggy.

First time staying here & it won't be the last! Rooms super spacious & clean; staff very friendly. Good complimentary continental breakfast, parking & close to everything in Port Aransas. Pet friendly & play yard for them, too!

We arrived on Wednesday May 31st. When we got to our room, one of my children stepped on glass that was broken on the floor in between the beds. Husband went to the reception to let them know so that house cleaning could fix it. Instead they handed him a broom and dust pan. He returned to sweep the mess. We had to move the beds against the wall and partition to keep our little ones from rolling off. During this move the floor was disgusting. We lifted the mattresses to sweep under them and found food stained to the floor, hair ties, dirt, and more glass. We really needed a mop to get all of the glass up off the floor. When we checked out husband spoke to the desk and manager. Her response was "Well what do you want me to do about it?" They wanted a $150 room deposit for a clean room. That was filthy and dangerous. My child cutting his foot was not acceptable. It wouldn't have been so bad had they offered to clean the room, apologized or given a discount. Anything other than attitude for their negligence.

We booked the Queen Suite and were completely unable to use the sleeper sofa. The exterior was stained and the interior was filthy. When we alerted the management they said the only option was to change the bed ourselves or change rooms. When we pulled the dirty sheets off the mattress was so gross with urine stains. We choose to share the two queen beds and stay in the room. The pros are the location,and they are pet friendly. The rest of the room was reasonably clean

We wanted a getaway in a new place. We have never been to Port Aransas and sfter shruggin goff the standard escapres we chose here. Nice little hotel, simple but has all the amenities needed for a nice stay. We CHOSE quaint, a beach type hotel near the beach. 5 minutes to the coaen, right on the main drag of Port A. Close to all restaurants and activities. Staff was really nice, and room was sufficunet for our needs. Hotel was well maintianed and clean. Only issuie was the shower was a bit wonky relating to the hot/cold water, but it was addressed and fixed.

This place needs remodeling. Everything is old and somewhat dirty. Way overpriced at spring break. We found black mold around the base boards. Bedding was somewhat yellowish. Noisy at night. The pictures of hotel are false, only showing what is considered nice.

Room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable. Wonderful hospitality from staff. This was a great stay for the price!! This was my first time to stay at this property but it won't be my last. The cleanliness of the room and the comfort of the room will have me coming back.
