Excellent weekend with everything you need to relax hammam sauna and sensory shower with appointment made in advance otherwise swimming pool you can return whenever you want with the room card open until 10 p.m.
Spacious room, very clean bathroom and toilet. Their shampoo smells super good and very gentle when washing. I usually never use hotel shampoos.

Except the welcome on arrival the ladies were adorable and kind unlike a gentleman who did not even smile and what's more he speaks nastily and with an air of hatred not at all professional in relation to the hotel

The reception Manager - Mr Dosset - was rude arrogant and officious. I had paid for the hotel but he refused to let me have the room without a credit card I did not have a credit card and he said I had to carry a credit card and it was illegal not to have one. What utter nonsense. Mr Dosset should be removed. He claimed to be the manager. He is not - the manager is Olivier Guiheneuf. He said it was a booking condition. After digging into the least prominent terms of the booking it said €150 deposit required. Two points to make: 1. I could have paid €150 in cash if asked. I was not asked due to the crass ignorance of Dosset 2. Had the requirement to pay a security deposit been made CLEARLY aware to me I would never book the hotel I deplore establishments who in effect do not trust their guests by inferring that damage will be caused and not reported to the hotel I hope others will take note of the way this hotel treats its guests and instead book one of the many thousands of hotels that treat people with respect Shame on the you

Bel hôtel, accueil et personnels sympathique à l’écoute et réactif, superbe chambre spacieuse propre et confortable, espace sauna hammam agréable car limité en personnes (réservation de créneau). Seul petit bémol mais qui a été résolu (bizarrement alors que l’hôtel est complet) très rapidement par le personnel pour un changement de chambre =＞ chambre 25 situé à côté d’un local et qui émet un bruit de ventilation désagréable. Dommage d’attribuer une chambre avec ce bruit dont je suis persuadé que ce n’est pas la première fois que ça arrive.

Établissements qui se prétend avec un spa ou une douche sensorielle laissez-moi rire plus tenu douche avec des lumières, pas de parfum, Et pas de changement. De plus quand vous arrivez vous vraiment l'impression d'esprit pour porte-monnaie. On vous fait payer tout de suite la chambre est carte de crédit de caution sans attendre si ont veut des extras ou pas. Leur réponse on verra demain Et vous voulez même réserver une Tables dans l'heure restaurant alors qu'un avion pas vu le menu Par contre les chambres sont très corress pour ce genre d'établissement, c'est pour que ça que j'ai mis 3 sur 5 Il faudrait travailler l'accueil pour un 4 étoiles

avons fait une belle découverte lors d'un repas avec une box. repas très bon dans endroit très raffiné avec un personnel très agréable et de très bon conseil pour les plats ou les vins. Merci à eux pour ce très bon moment. Nous recommandons cet endroit très proche du port de Pornic

Trés bon séjour dans cet hotel trés bien situé entre la Ria et le port. Chambre trés confortable hotel trés agréable entre sa piscine et les beaux salons. Le petit déj est impeccable les buffets sont vastes la salle trés agréable donne sur une grande terrasse. Les plus : le personnel souriant à l écoute le ménage impeccable.

Lovely hotel, located within walking distance from the center via a nice footpath by the canal. The room was spacious room, clean and shiny as was the hotel. Most of all very gentle staff. Million thanks to Rouxel who was so kind and helpful to us and made our stay special. Pornic is a place with a very developed network of walking and cycling routes. Highly recommended.

Superbe semaine au sein de l'hôtel. Hôtel très bien tenu et avec bcp de service et de bonne humeur. On a bien profité du sauna et du hamman. Les petites attentions sont nombreuses et c'est tres calme. Cool d'avoir son parking aussi. Bref rien à redire.
