BIG4 Porepunkah Holiday Park

The Poolside Villa cabins are very spacious, have many touches that made them superior to others we've stayed in, and they were immaculately clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. A beautiful location; quiet and picturesque. Perfect for family. We shall return!

the staff were very helpful the cabin was clean it was a lovely quiet place to stay with lovely views of the mountains around . I was there when the floods were happening near by Benalla etc but felt safe and was safe where i was saw plenty went up to Mt Buffalo Yackandandah and Beechworth . I was going to go Wangaratta and Benalla to catch up with a friend but the floods stopped that but that's ok i will go up there another day i still could relax and look around taking lots of photos

We booked it for couple of days but had a teriible experience as the aircon was not functioning properly (not keeping up warm) , it had some issues to start with and we gave it a chance the first night but on second night also nothing changed as we had to sleep with extra blankets in such severe winter with 2 kids. I raised this when we chcked out of the property and also for a family the cabins in pics appear to be big but they are actually ver small and alos the door hande of washroom is teribble and washroom itself is poorly designed.

Lovely park in a great location with friendly helpful staff. The Ensuite on the powered site includes a washing machine a clothes airing rack washing basket, pegs and powder. Very handy for longer stays.

We stayed for 3 nights at one of the private ensuite sites. The ensuite was clean and had everything we needed (towels, soap, shampoo and even a hair dryer!) We had a noise issue one night which Sue helped to quickly resolve (thank you!) and had a wonderful nights sleep. The staff here were very helpful and keen to help.

Top spot for families with pool, playground, bmx track, games room. Jumping Pullow. And close to Bright. Worth the stay. Heaps of shade. Well maintained. Not far from the river. Close to wineries and pubs.

We loved every minute of our stay, we actually extended it by 3 nights, so 7 nights in total. Great camp kitchens to accommodate campers who don't travel with kitchen items. Also large & very clean amenities block. There's a beautiful spot down the back on the river to just sit & watch if flow by, read a book or throw a line in & hope for a catch! Bike & walking tracks from the park all the way into Porepunkah & Bright. Our Son loved the Mountain Bike Park, an easy drive to get to it. Peaceful location despite being on the main road. A few little visitors at night, so don't leave out any food items, haha... Easy drive to the Snow locations & lovely little towns nearby. Great hosts who are happy to help with any requests. We have already booked for our return trip in a couple of months.

We had a cracking time here! Great for families too. Lovely little park, with clean ample bathrooms and a great camp kitchen.. a river down the back of the property and a pool for the kids to enjoy.. and the grown ups! Great, relaxed atmosphere. Cycle path just across the road to cycle into Porepunkah village or Bright… or the opposite direction to Myrtleford and beyond on the Rail Trail. Lovely place. Can highly recommend.
