Everything is great, it has been a wonderful stay. Everything is very clean and the facilities have impressive views, also to go sightseeing nearby you don't have to move too much

Beautiful area, views are out of this world! Hotel was clean and well kept, food really good choice and quality. Drinks a bit on the expensive side. We visited mid-October so pretty quiet and kids club closed for the season. No other entertainment for kids unfortunately. Both the hotel and area is very quiet so good if you want that kind of holiday, if not then you would need to take a bus or taxi for nightlife/shopping etc.

O hotel tem uma localização fantástica privilegiada sobre uma falésia, numa das zonas mais bonitas do Algarve. O quarto era limpo , com uma vista maravilhosa para o mar, mas o que realmente nos rendeu a este hotel foi todo o staff do hotel com quem lidamos desde a recepção,quartos e restaurante foram todos simpáticos. Destacando no restaurante ao pequeno almoço o sr . Pereira e o chefe de sala o sr. Paulo Bento O Sr. Pereira, como membro do staff mais antigo do restaurante como sempre fez um excelente trabalho em garantir que todos nós se sentissem bem (não é a 1vez que visito o Pestana Viking). Ele estava sempre presente, pronto para ajudar com qualquer solicitação e assegurar que todos as nossas necessidades fossem atendidas. O chefe do restaurante o Sr. Paulo Bento se destacou pela sua interação com os clientes. As refeições foram uma das grandes atrações da estadia, tanto no buffet do p. almoço como no buffet dos jantares eram de uma variedade de opções que agradaram a todos os nossos paladares. Resumindo foram umas pequenas férias muito bem passadas em família que esperamos voltar outra vez.Recomendo vivamente este hotel fantástico.

Very good value and good location - 45 mins from Faro airport. Quite out of seasons access to some lovely beaches. Restaurants outside the hotel are mixed - Portugese Italian Indian! Local mini markets 5 mins from hotel and larger supermarket 15-20’mins away. Small local good value cafe next to mini market! Lots of tours, local tourist bus (looks like a train)!

It's clean and comfortable enough, quiet and tranquil with no music playing apart from very softly at the sea water swimming pool bar. Ideal for the older clientele. No minidisco. Very nice location, very nice views slightly compromised by the chain link fence surrounding the cliff edge.

Serviço de atendimento por parte de relações públicas e recepção excepcional. Não podendo dizer o mesmo pelo serviço prestado pelo HK. Uma das housekeepers bastante rude ao pensar que eu era estrangeiro disse “ Agora estes sujaram as almofadas “, acho que um investimento no profissionalismo é algo a ponderarem. SPA com serviços excelentes, e ginásio também. Pequeno almoço buffet muito bom, funcionários bastante antipaticos.
