This place is horrible, we booked a room for the weekend and when we arrived they canceled our reservation because we wasn't staying for 7 days or longer. The lady at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional and to me she was ******. Worst experience ever

The rooms were very clean. However the room next door had at least 3 dogs in it. These dogs barked and howled for 24 hours of our stay. I called front desk and nothing was done. No rest at all, it was impossible.

We stayed 4 nights. I shall confess I expected more once I stayed in other extended stays, even in the same network ( WoodSpring). It should have been offered some coffee / tea at the front desk. The front desk is opened from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. There is no amenity inside the room. Only 2 towels were there for 4 people. I had to ask for 2 extra ones. The stove needs some repair. In general, the hotel is clean. It is well located. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. There is a gym room. There is a laundry: you have to pay for it. Whenever we were at the reception room, there was a great movement of guests going in and out. The doors were, therefore, noisy. The most annoying experience was: the wifi simply did not work inside the room ( 3rd floor), so we had to spend much time in the reception sofa ( LOL). The attendant Tay did his best to help us in solving the wifi issue. But I am still writing this text from the front desk room. We are leaving soon and the "wifi mystery" was not solved.

Do not give this motel any of your credit card numbers. They save your credit card numbers without your permission and they will bill your car without your permission. I stayed here for 6 months and never received room services. This motel does not have a computer for customers. Most of the washers does not work. The new manger goes around increasing the “RATES” on the same rooms, even though there are 4 floors in the building. This motel does not have any educated professional staff except for one lady who has worked here for 5-6 years. Very poor new management. Very poor intrapersonal communication skills. THE CORPORATE OFFICE does not “POST” a contact phone number. So, you are left to DEAL with a incompetent manager. This motel CLAIMS the are affiliated with CHOICE MOTELS but CHOICE MOTEL states they are not affiliated with them. Just one big run around. Remember you have been warned. Do not give them your credit card number.
