We stayed 4 nights. I shall confess I expected more once I stayed in other extended stays, even in the same network ( WoodSpring). It should have been offered some coffee / tea at the front desk. The front desk is opened from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. There is no amenity inside the room. Only 2 towels were there for 4 people. I had to ask for 2 extra ones. The stove needs some repair. In general, the hotel is clean. It is well located. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. There is a gym room. There is a laundry: you have to pay for it. Whenever we were at the reception room, there was a great movement of guests going in and out. The doors were, therefore, noisy. The most annoying experience was: the wifi simply did not work inside the room ( 3rd floor), so we had to spend much time in the reception sofa ( LOL). The attendant Tay did his best to help us in solving the wifi issue. But I am still writing this text from the front desk room. We are leaving soon and the "wifi mystery" was not solved.
