Myself and my families dropped by for late lunch today after visiting nearby tower park. The staff were very efficient & friendly, the food was nice, portioned nicely and priced reasonably. Would recommend for those whom want reasonably priced decent food

Great place for a few nights stay. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Close bus stops to Bournemouth and Poole poole Town easy to walk to. will definitely recommend to family and friends and will be back very soon.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleased with the friendly staff. However, I encountered several issues during my stay that I believe need attention. The room I was assigned had a huge damp mark which indicated a leak at some point or still persistent. When we arrived we asked if we could reserve a specific table at a certain time, however they had no reservation record. The food was bland when it arrived (incorrect and overcooked) and was sent back and came out at different times. So we didn't sit down as a family as planned - very disappointing. The entire place could do with an up lift. I believe the hotel could be better with improvements around the place. Would I stay here again? Unfortunately NO!

Hotel looks a bit tired from the outside but the rooms were spacious (family room) and clean as was the bathroom. Fan also provided if room got too hot. Blackout curtains which were a lifesaver as there were a lot of external lighting outside the windows. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was lovely and freshly cooked. Would visit again.

Location excellent for the Ferry Terminal, 6 minute drive. The restaurant was very good, the meal was hot, fresh and no waiting. The room was acceptable but in need of TLC, need to be brought up to a modern standard, security camera in the Car Park not working.

As always , fantastic dinner with friends and family service , brilliant food excellent With the economy how it is. I don't know how you put this food out , And it was fantastic to find a restaurant that allowed us to take our own cakes. Provide plates and a knife, thank you keep up the good work, Well done to jonathan and all his his team keep up the goodwork.

Excellent service and lovely dinner with family and friends. Gets busy as is popular locally so always best to book, especially if there is a large party of people, but the staff are very accommodating. The car park is fairly large so parking isn't a problem.

Went over and had fish and chips Thursday lunchtime it was very busy, the food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. We would definitely return. We have been there many times sometimes just for a drink ,the staff are always smiling and very friendly
