Con i prezzi che ha in centro non vi potete certo aspettare il Grand hotel. L'hotel è datato Ma in ogni caso ha un suo comfort. Le camere non sono grandi Ma quelle a due letti hanno i singoli letti abbastanza grandi. Il bagno è molto piccolo e il colore azzurrino non è proprio dei migliori. In compenso è pulito il personale è gentile e ha un bar ristorante più che decente.

This hotel was a nightmare - arrived in room which was very small and the bathroom ceiling was leaking - called reception up and Basil Fawlty arrived. He said we would be ok as it was the people upstairs showering and as we would be gone in the morning it would only leak if they showered again! Has to be better than this in Pontevedra.

Hotel a evitar! No coincide nada de lo publicitado con la realidad. Sucio, descuidado y sin atención profesional. Mobiliario roto y lleno de suciedad. Todo muy viejo y sobre todo sucio. Lo único a destacar es la ubicación. Nada recomendable

El hotel es modesto buena relación precio calidad, está muy bien ubicado y el desayuno es rico, pero lo que verdaderamente destacamos es la gente que allí trabaja. Nos hemos dejado olvidado el dinero de nuestras vacaciones y se han preocupado y ocupado de enviarnos lo a Barcelona. Es algo que no se encuentra muy seguido, gente honesta. Un placer haber estado allí!

Acabo de alojarme en el Hotel City Express Comercio. El precio mas barato de Pontevedra, por eso he escogido esta opción y porque no me fio de los comentarios. La habitación que hemos utilizado, esta nueva, tiene algún detalle que para nosotros no ha resultado mal. Los muebles son nuevos, los colchones estupendos, dos almohadas por cama, una mas dura que la otra!! Gran mesa, aunque no la utilizamos. El baño tiene los azulejos antiguos, pero con una luz, expectacular. Las puertas de los baños están mal, no tiene aire acondicionado, te lo dicen en recepción y no lo anuncian. La cafetería estupenda para desayunar, lo que quieras y a buen recio. Se ve gente de Pontevedra allí, así que no será muy mala!! Ayer cenamos en el restaurante, también bien, un menú muy barato para lo que dan, además abundante!! No entiendo las criticas, las sonrisas del personal que nos atendió, no parecian de gente disgustada, ero... Hay de todo.

This frustrated me so much, I downloaded trip advisor just to leave this review and to let people know The shower in the rooms are extremely cold, even at a maximum of heat. I have not been able to take a shower during my stay because they limit the heat of the water so much. Right now, the shower is at a maximum heat, yet is spraying some of the coldest water I've ever seen come out of a shower head. This is not a Mexican thing, as I have been traveling around Mexico with my partner for weeks and this is the first time this has happened. The prices may be cheaper for hotel rooms here, but it comes at a cost. Expect not to shower in CityExpress Hoteles, unless you enjoy very cold showers. It's a disappointment really, as being on holiday in Mexico it's necessary tourists shower and are clean and removing the built up sweat through the traveling they may be doing. If your partner, children or family are expecting a shower here, just know it will be very cold, even at a maximum. I hope the hotel can read this and change this for their next customers, it's ridiculous how a shower at full heat can be so freezing.

Muy céntrico, muebles viejos, limpio pero sin espacio para moverte en la habitación. En realidad iba a puntuar peor, porque el desayuno es vergonzoso, pésimo y escaso, pero gracias a la camarera Rocío, no le pongo un 1. Ella fue muy amable, sonriente y súper eficiente ....

Hotel super viejo, súper sucio, lámparas que no funcionan, cisterna que no funciona, pañuelos sucios debajo de las camas, un calcetín usado en el armario, la cortina del baño metía pánico de lo asquerosa que estaba, se escuchaba a los de la habitación de al lado cómo si estuviesen en la misma habitación, puertas viejas que ni cerraban....penoso, no sé lo recomiendo a nadie
