The hotel has great facilities, especially the indoor swimming pool which is a huge bonus for children. From the hotel, it's about 10 minutes walk to the town centre where you can find many restaurants. The room furniture is slightly out of date but the hotel offers great breakfast, I have to say the coffee machine is the best.

Good facilities. Weak bed with weak mattress with a hole.
The worst part was that one of the nights the hotel had a party and the noise they made could be heard on the 4th floor.
I called reception several times and although they said they would resolve it, it didn't happen.
I recommend always asking if there will be parties, otherwise no one will sleep.
Good breakfast. Location with parking. In the city center.

Very good hotel to stay, either for a getaway or for a longer stay. Provide a pleasant experience. Very good facilities, nice decor, good cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Spa area, pool, jacuzzi etc is nice. Breakfast is good and varied and the dinner buffet is great, with lots of options and tasty food.

It’s a bit far from the city center but the views are so good, the hotel is really clean and the staff pleasant. I think it’s a great hotel to travel with kids cause of the amenities.

Wir buchten das Hotel im Rahmen einer Pauschalreise für 1 Woche. Die individuelle An- u. Abreise an der Rezeption war gut organisiert und freundlich. Die öffentlichen Bereiche sowie das Hotelzimmer sind hell sauber und modern eingerichtet. Schade, dass die Pflanzen in der Lobby künstlich sind. Das Zimmer war angemessen groß, hell und stets sauber. Über einen Wasserkocher für Tee/Kaffee hätten wir uns gefreut. Da es sich um ein Stadthotel handelt, war bei offenem Fenster entsprechende Lautstärke v.a. durch den Verkehr. Das Frühstück und Abendessen fand in Buffetform statt. Es wurde stets nachgelegt und die Qualität bzw. Vielfalt der Speisen war abwechslungsreich und gut. Die Freundlichkeit und Motivation insbesondere des weiblichen Servicepersonals lies stark zu wünschen übrig. Dies ist unser größter Kritikpunkt. Die Bar der Etage G bietet vielfältige Auswahl an internatonalen Cocktails und hauseigenen Kreationen. Dem Barkeeper merkte man an, dass es Freude an seinem Beruf hat. :-) Den Spa haben wir nicht genutzt.

We enjoyed our one night at The Lince Hotel. I had booked through *******. Late arrival meant we couldn't use some of the extras that came with the room, such as a discount off the dinner buffet and the spa. The room was nice with a king bed, well equipped bathroom, and complimentary mini bar. It was Saturday night (but still early for us) so we went to the lively bar on the 2nd (?) floor. Buffet Breakfast the next morning had plenty of options, including Champagne. Free Parking in their secure garage. Great staff! We were able to walk a couple of blocks from the hotel to the Pineapple Plantation. Would gladly stay again.
