Le Dupleix

The hotel is nestled in the French town part of Pondicherry which is within walking distance to the promenade and the numerous cafés and restraints scattered around. The staff are cordial, the place neat and spacious. The hotel does neither have a parking no area for cars nor facility for drivers. Overall an enjoyable stay.

We had a good experience at Le Dupleix. Service from the staff was really good and hotel was also great. Liked the rooms and food too. I just feel Wheelchair should be provided since I was injured.

Beautiful heritage property, very nice ambience, hospitality was very good, staff is to polite, live music during dinner, best of all beautiful princely room

Loved staying in Le Dupleix. It is an old, old property but maintained very well. The ceilings are high, the fixtures are all ancient but well maintained. Location of the place is very convenient. Very clean due to the hard work of the staff here. The staff are all great here , especially Upasana, Salim, Jemima and Shukla. Actually every staff . Very friendly and helpful. I had a senior citizen with me and they made sure we were comfortable. We had one dinner and two breakfast here and it was awsome! The chef is very good! Amenities and cleanliness is top notch. Am glad I stayed here.

I stayed in Le Duplex in pondicherry.. This stay was really nice. I really had a amazing experience with my stay.. We went their for some official work . During in stay I want take one girl's name who made our small stay was really amazing & favourite😍.. Thank You Upasana for you kind Hospitality.. God bless you.. I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. What made our visit stand out was the exceptional service provided by Upasana at the front desk. She was incredibly polite, welcoming, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. From check-in to check-out, everything was handled smoothly because of her professionalism. Her warm smile and helpful nature made us feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel, especially because of staff like her.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic, and a big part of that credit goes to Upasana. She was extremely helpful, attentive, and ensured that all our needs were taken care of. Her friendly attitude and dedication made a huge difference in our overall experience. It’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days. I requested a booking in Promenade but Mr. Asis asked me to stay here without letting me know that Le Dupleix rooms are not similar to Promenade. In room 6 the toilet, washbasin and bathtub are in 3 locations separated by considerable distance. In room 2 the bed is so high that we have to step on a stool to climb onto bed. This should have been explained to me before the booking. It is a real bitter experience.

This stay will remain memorable for us, thanks to Upasana’s exceptional service. She was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Her dedication is truly commendable.
