The reception and room service is either very slow or unavailable. Some of my experiences : When I reached the hotel , the rooms which I had booked was unavailable, so they suggested to downgrade the quality of room ( not just for waiting time of check in ) I kept calling for many things , like towel , water bottles , they didn’t respond . They would just hang the call and let it go . No room service or reception willing to respond . When you are paying so much money ( approx 9k for one room , you expect better service )

We stayed on 15 - 17 Feb 2025. The breakfast buffet had a good options! The rooms were clean. The services were also good. And overall a great experience. The staffs were also pretty good , especially Faith and Poonam. Overall if you're looking for a good place to stay , can visit in here.

Nice and neat place to hangout with family and friends in a main location of Pondy with many sight seeing nearby . All amenities were neat and clean. Service was good with no issues . Timely assistance was provided and well mannered staffs . Food was good too.

Above all else, hospitality and Ms Faith being attentive even when we checked out. They got us a refreshing drink after we checked out. They were prompt, attentive and non-intrusive. Hope to stay here more. The location is decent and place is clean.

Large room with desk and armchairs, an entrance, and some welcome products. But no safe, WiFi limited to 2 devices that does not work outside the room. And yet the photos are beautiful and this hotel has assets that are poorly exploited: - Good geographical location for visiting the city on foot. - Large unheated swimming pool, but pleasant - Evening meal à la carte, with very good and very plentiful European dishes But the BLACK POINT is the lack of cleanliness and a more than "light" cleaning, done quickly at the end of the afternoon: - you can almost date the age of the bathtub by the thickness of the dirt and that of the armchairs by the thickness of the dust, - the toilets are almost out of order, watch out for "big commissions", - for the floor of the room, you can even get your feet dirty by walking barefoot, - dirty windows, unless you stay after February 29? - the pool environment is unbelievable (filthy changing room), - unacceptable breakfasts with broken equipment (never repaired) and numerous but inefficient staff - I strayed a little from the path, and when I discovered some rooms, I would have thought I was in my favorite dump! To conclude, after 3 weeks of traveling in India, this is the worst place I have stayed and the hotel did not risk asking my opinion.

Location wow we are group of couples stay at anadha innn hotel services and hospitality was amazing. Its warm welcome. From reception had good experience Thanks to poonam she was took care as vey well and prompt response for everything. Food is very delicious but housekeeping need to improve overall very good
