"Well, starting with the water heater – there was no hot water available. The view was awful because it overlooked a construction site where the noise was unbearable from early in the morning. The air conditioning was impossible to set to a comfortable temperature. The toilet was loose and moved terribly every time you sat down. And finally, it was practically deserted, even though it was the weekend before Halloween. I didn't like it at all; it was very expensive, and I would never return."

"Beautiful hotel, wonderful facilities & activities (swimming, mini golf, pickleball, tennis, volleyball) for the kids. Private beach only steps away from the room. Pool & hot tubs were lovely with loads of space to relax around pool area. Staff were friendly & always helpful. Bed & pillows offered a comfy sleep. Room was spacious. Laundry just down the corridor, easy and convenient. Really enjoyable stay!"

"We took this room instead of another one we had already booked, but which was no longer available. In the end, we regretted it because, even though this room was more expensive, it wasn't up to standard. The hotel is large, but very outdated; it has a certain style, but it's not well-maintained. The room itself was quite large, and the beds were comfortable. The pool was nice, but the water was very dirty. The staff were very good, very kind, and professional."
