We spent a week in this place. It’s hard to even begin, so much negativity has accumulated during this time. A faulty elevator in which people kept getting stuck, and considering that the cabin is very small, it’s easy to guess that you might not get out of there alive. This happened to us too, and we are grateful to God that we survived, because no one was in a hurry to help us get out of there. There were no safes in the rooms to store documents and valuables, as is usually the case in any 4* European hotel. Instead, we were offered mailboxes at the reception, which opened with a slight turn of the staff key. The question is what normal person would leave his documents and valuables there and also pay for this service, so I had to swim and relax with my passports with me. Breakfast is meager, at the level of a cheap canteen, with the same salami, sausages and terrible scrambled eggs, well no association with 4*. The mattresses are dirty, the carpeting in the rooms is not fresh and when we arrived in the room the smell of whiteness was such that it was impossible to breathe. Some employees are very unfriendly and do not take any request or complaint at all and pretend that nothing is happening! There was a problem with electricity in the room, the light was constantly blinking, but nothing was done, a half-drunk electrician showed up, without tools, pointed his finger and left, that’s all the service!!! In a word, if you have been to a 4* hotel at least once in the full sense of the word and know what a quality vacation is, then this hotel is definitely not on your way!!! A cheap hotel that claims to be 4* only because it has balconies overlooking the sea and has a steam room and a swimming pool, which I never decided to get into because the water was quite muddy and only changed on the third day of our arrival. Spoiled vacation and only one negative!!! It’s a pity that my first arrival in Bulgaria turned out to be so negative that I’m unlikely to return to this country again. I have never experienced this anywhere, although I have visited so many countries!!!
