Most amazing week in this beautiful hotel. Although the hotel is in the middle of nowhere there is a beach just right outdide was a lovely walk each day and the sea was quite warm. The hotel is spotless and very well maintained. The staff are really nice and helpful,and work 24/7. The rooms are brilliant and very spacious with lovely views, the rooms are kept spotless with clean towels every day, the fridge is replenished every day with water, beer,coke and a kit kat (all inc) such a lovely gesture. There are slippers and a robe too if needed. The food is amazing (no one will go hungry) there Is so much choice, the restaurant is huge and plenty of tables this is also kept spotless and staff are on hand if anything is spilt or dropped! The drink selection in the restaurant is good and like how you can help yourself! The food huts round the pools are brilliant too and such a good selection (just too many wasps). Didnt get a chance to use any of the other restaurants as they were fully booked, which was a shame as they looked lovely too. The pool areas are stunning and love the adults only section, was so peaceful we couldn't hear the noise from the children's area. Plenty of sunbeds and canopies. Only down side water in the pools were very cold! Tried the indoor pool on one of the days when the weather wasn't too good it was nice too. Entertainment wasn't that good at night although everyone's got different taste! Only 1 thing at night when adults were trying to have a peaceful drink and natter, there were quite a few kids running around, 1 was even on a scooter racing round nearly knocked into a waiter with a tray full of drinks! ( this being the end of September when kids should of been back to school) so maybe a quieter area for adults only would be nice! Another lovely gesture whilst we were there 1 of our party celebrated her bday, she returned to her room to find a card and bottle! The free shuttle bus was nice too although as it was end of season once we got to pomorie everything was closed. All in all a brilliant relaxed holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel especially if anyone is travelling with children the water themed park looked fabulous.

W hotelu byliśmy w czerwcu całą rodziną. Wykupiliśmy 2 pokoje z widokiem na morze. Przylecieliśmy wcześnie rano i jak się okazało, żeby dostać pokój wcześniej trzeba extra zapłacić. Niestety nikt nas o tym nie poinformował, a wzmianki o tym również nie było na stronie internetowej hotelu. Byliśmy z 5 miesięcznym dzieckiem więc nie rozumiem nieuprzejmości recepcji. W sumie jest to pierwszy hotel w którym nas tak źle potraktowano. Byliśmy już w różnych miejscach na świecie, ale tak nie uprzejmej recepcji jeszcze nie spotkałam. Najgorsza była Pani manager M.Dyulgerova. Jeszcze nikt nie oskarżył mnie o kłamstwa tak jak ta Pani. Zdecydowanie brak profesjonalizmu. Wręcz robiąc nam na złość rozdzieliła nas na 2 różne skrzydła. Uważam to za bardzo dziecinną zagrywkę i nie na poziomie 5 gwiazdkowego hotelu. Rozumiem wszystko, ale to było już ponad nasze siły. Uważam, że za tą cenę powinniśmy być lepiej odsługiwani, a recepcja jest pierwszym miejscem w które trafia klient. Jeśli chodzi o pozostały personel nie można było na niego narzekać tylko raz mieliśmy problem z drinkami, gdy mąż zamówił 8 drinków dla 8 osób, ale poszedł po nie sam i to był największy problem. Zaznaczam, że nie ma limitów na ilość branych napoi więc nie rozumiem tej sytuacji, ale była to sytuacja jednorazowa. Jako, że zawsze stawiam na szczere opinie to muszę przyznać, że jedzenie w hotelu i napoje są świetne. Tu jak nic widać, że hotel ma 5 gwiazdek. Było nawet mleko i jedzenie dla maluszków co było niesamowite i bardzo na plus hotelu. Szkoda tylko, że personel w głównej restauracji nie mówi po angielsku, no chyba że nam się tak trafiło. Jeśli chodzi o baseny to też są wspaniałe. Leżaków również nie brakuje. Plaża czysta z leżakami, których też jest pełno. Panie sprzątające przesympatyczne. Uważam, że najwięcej pochwał powinny one zebrać, bo dzięki nim czuliśmy się w hotelu bardzo dobrze. Pokoje czyste i przestronne, a gdy prosiliśmy o łóżeczko dla dziecka, to dostaliśmy je bez problemu. Jeśli chodzi o zwiedzanie to my postawiliśmy na wynajem auta i zwiedzanie samodzielnie. Reasumując: nie licząc pracowników recepcji oraz kilku drobnych niedociągnięć, to hotel w pełni zasługuje na 5 gwiazdek.

Thank you Wave resort Pomirie for a wonderful holiday, the food was excellent, the entertainment was great, the staff at the wave were are exceptional,but i must give a special mention to MIRA Jet2 Rep so helpfull and the ultimate professional, and a charming manor, I will certainly come again, in fact I have already booked for next year ! One of the best all inclusive hotel resort I've visited. The spa facilities are excellent. The best I’ve ever tried. I would recommend the wave massage,salt room, and the salt Hydro pool. I will definitely be trying the rest when I go back. The staff are very helpful and always greet you with a smile. Plus, I was able to drive my scooter straight into the spa area, which was a bonus. Which I managed to hire out there. You won’t be disappointed, something for everyone. See you soon ️

Very nice hotel. Every room has view to the see. Room is space, in modern style with big terrace. The hotel has big self-service restaurant and some buffets by the pools. You can find there enought seats and umbrellas. The hotel has a lot of pools, but they are with cold water. The beach close to the hotel and you can wall long time. Wave resort is propably the best 5* hotel in Bulgarian coast.

Wir waren eine Woche in diesem Hotel. Mit dabei war unser kleiner Sohn und die Großeltern. Im großen und ganzen hat es uns gut gefallen. Einige Punkte haben uns allerdings sehr gestört. Für ein gehobenes hotel erwarten wir Höflichkeit, Freundlichkeit und vorallem Aufmerksamkeit der Mitarbeiter. All das fehlt hier leider. Die Teller werden nicht weg geräumt und stapeln sich. Man sieht die mitarbeiter im Restaurant sehr oft in kleinen Grüppchen zum plaudern. Man bekommt von nahezu niemand ein Lächeln geschenkt. Alle wirken dermaßen schlecht gelaunt und unmotiviert. Ein Haufen Mitarbeiter sieht man ständig am Handy. Vorallem die lifeguards... Hier muss unbedingt nachgebessert werden. Einzig positiv ist die sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Dame vom concierge Service hervorzuheben! Das Essen ist allgemein gut. Das Frühstück ist leider immer exakt das gleiche und hängt irgendwann aus dem Hals raus. Vegane Alternativen sucht man leider vergebebens. Glutenfreies essen ist lieblos und die toasts immer vertrocknet. Habe mich nicht ran getraut.. Das Abendessen ist aber toll! Die Anlage ist riesig und platz für alle ist da. Viele Attraktionen für die Kids! Wer etwas wert auf Erholung und Spa legt, der ist hier aber definitiv falsch. Das spa ist lieblos und ungepflegt. Die saunen dürfen nur mit Badesachen betreten werden. Handtücher sind keine da, so werden die saunen ohne Handtuch genutzt. Diese Kombination ist ziemlich unhygienisch. Beim Dampfbad und den Duschen fallen die armaturen auseinander. Die hamam Behandlung mit einer Frau hat uns gut gefallen. Hier ist aber wieder die unfreundliche Art sauer aufgestoßen Wer hier Urlaub macht, muss damit planen dass außerhalb nicht viel los ist. Kaum Angebote und Attraktionen im näheren Umkreis. Mietwagen für 70€ am Tag ist sehr teuer, Taxis ebenso. Ob wir nochmal kommen werden ist fraglich

Having just returned from Wave Resort, we cant fault the hotel. It is spotlessly clean, relaxing, has an abundance of sunbeds, great selection of drinks, food always fresh and a great selection of snacks outside of designated meal times. Hosukeeping staff kept out room clean to a great standard and we had no issues with our room whatsoever. Evening entertainment was a little bit short and sweet but that's perfectly understandable as it's so late in the season. This definitely isn't the hotel to come to if you're looking for wild nights. The lobby bar in the evening Is a really relaxed vibe with live music, quizzes etc. The animation team are such a credit to this place. Everyday KIKO would come and round us up for games by the pool. Many laughs were had and we will genuinly miss the fun he brought to our holiday. Our dilplomas for winning games will adorn our walls for all time :) This hotel is without doubt a 5 star resort and I have rated it as such above. There is only one small issue that I felt let it down at times and that was the attitude and tone of the bar staff at times. We were often left to feel that we as guests were a bit of an inconvenience to them. We would often know that they were talking about us, briefly making eye contact then looking away. We tended to notice that some customers, generally pretty and female, were treated in a very friendly manner wheras most others were greeted with a grunt or a stern unfriendly face. On the whole though, the positives far outweigh the negatives.

Beautiful clean hotel,room cleaned everyday,plus fresh towels,my only issue is the other guests here the polish and Russians, we can not relax while children play in children centre as these people think it’s acceptable for crab a autistic 5year olds arm this didn’t happen once a few times actually,I came with 3 of my children 5,11,14 year old,my oldest got bored from 6pm and onwards as that’s when the water park closes.the pools are absolutely freezing,but I can not fault the staff or the hotel. But don’t think I will return again

Unreal hotel, the staff are friendly, rooms absolutely spotless and modern. Water slides amazing absolutely brilliant holiday for children. My only disappointment was evening entertainment and heaters in the beach bar as very cold on an evening.

Fab All inclusive, hotel and rooms spotless with tasteful decor, all staff friendly, good selection of food with main restaurant, bistro bar and food corner, drinks were branded, lovely beach area with beach bar, great water park slides for all ages, good area for sunbathing in adult section my only negatives is food and warm drinks could do with been hotter and evening entertainment could be improved, loved our time there and would return in an heartbeat
