We loved our stay here and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. It was the perfect anniversary trip and peaceful escape, and the breakfast is wonderful. Shout out to Matteo for his help making our trip extra special with plans.

This was an amazing property and experience. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was fresh and homemade. We enjoyed the pool daily and the team was very attentive, always ensuring we are well looked after. The turndown service was always a nice surprise as to what local
treat would be left at our beside. We can’t thank Haydn enough for his and his team’s hospitality during our stay. I highly recommend staying here and or any IT Mallorca property. We will be back!

We stumbled upon this property on a search we did, and boy, are we happy we did. The property was incredible, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, the rooms were exactly what we had hoped for, and the food was amazing (especially the brunch). Tony, Angela, and the other staff we encountered - thank you for making our trip so special! We are excited to plan a trip back in the next two years to experience the island and maybe bike/golf a bit this time.

Fantastic hotel and service. We arrived late and got up very early the next day to put our bikes together. A hotel staff offered us coffee, took my husband to the bike garage and then, checked on him later. Our room is beautiful, clean and overlooks the pool. Dinner was delicious. Hotel staff anticipate your every need and are wonderful!

Wow. This has to be one of the best kept secrets in the north of Mallorca. A welcoming home from home with contented and informative staff with a really positive attitude. Room and service was excellent - loved the little touches such as really gorgeous products, chocolates and a brilliant breakfast which goes on until 11am - perfect for romantic couples wanting a lie in! Tucked away down a side street, this is a really tranquil and exceptional place to relax and do as little or as much as you want. Don't bother with a car, the modern bus service is brilliant and taxis helpful. Just soak it in at the courtyard pool and relax. A week is too short, so we will return..!

Can Aulí is a gem! From the moment we walked through the door we felt welcome and at ease. Every member of staff was super friendly and helpful. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the interior design of the spaces and furnishings. Breakfasts with the open kitchen concept were a really great way to start the day with a great choice of quality local food choices. Staff gave us excellent advice on places to visit and restaurants to try. We had dinner at the hotel on two evenings of our seven day stay and although they emphasise that it’s a bistro not a restaurant, their food rated as highly as any of the restaurants we ate at in town, albeit with less choice. Its location in the centre of Pollenca is perfect for a stay in the north of Mallorca. We loved Can Auli and would highly recommend it.

Top Hotel mit Top Lage und super freundlichen Personal. Das Frühstück war wirklich super. Buffet und teilweise a la Carte. Besonders eindrucksvoll war die Open Kitchen wo direkt neben einem gekocht wurde. Die Frühstücksgerichte waren wirklich sehr gut. Sehr stylisches Hotel welches direkt im Ortskern liegt - zumindest ist dieser zu Fuß, innerhalb von 5 Minten, zu erreichen. Weiters gibt es 5 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt einen großen öffentlichen Parkplatz welcher gratis ist. Die Zimmern sind sehr schön und auf jedenfall ausreichend - man sollte eh nicht zuviel Zeit im Zimmer verbringen. Nachteil, zumindest bei unserem Zimmer, gelegen im Haupttrakt wo die Rezeption ist, war es schon sehr laut bzw. die Zimmer hellhörig. Einerseits konnte man am Abend im EG/Rezeptionsbereich die Leute hören die etwas getrunken haben und ebenfalls das Personal, dass für das Frühstück bereits aufgedeckt hat. Der Pool ist nicht groß, aber für einen kurzen Sprung ins kühle nass ausreichend. Sofern alle Zimmer belegt sind bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob wirklich jeder eine Sonnenliege hätte - wenn sich alle im Hotel aufhalten. Leider wie überall, gibt es auch hier die notorischen Liegenbeleger um 07:00 Uhr. Vielleicht wäre es seitens des Hotels auch zielführende, sollten Liegen zwar besetzt aber persönlich nicht belegt sein, diese „frei“ zu geben…….. Super Hotel, super Personal - auf jeden Fall einen Besuch und sein Geld wert.

Can Auli in Pollenca is a wonderful boutique hotel. It begins - and ends - with their staff! Exceptional staff and service; kind, efficient, competent, and willing to do anything for their guests. Even packed up sandwiches for our return trip to the airport. Super clean, super low-key luxury/right up my alley, good food, and lovely little pool. They don’t have a spa - and they should build a little one w zen space - but they have a treatment room and Bettina, the therapist, was also phenomenal! I can’t wait to visit Mallorca and Can Auli again! Thank you all for being so lovely and making us feel like we were part of your week.
