I would give this hotel zero stars if I could. This was easily one of the worst experiences of my life, and I travel often. Never have I encountered anything this bad. We discovered toxic black mold in the bathroom and reported it to the front desk. Their response? They suggested we 'wear flip flops or use the SPA shower.' Can you believe that? This is the level of service you get for $270 a night (during the low season, no less). We immediately packed our bags and checked out, requesting a refund. Not only did they refuse to let us speak to a manager, but they also denied our refund for a room we didn’t even use due to the mold.
