📍 Šetalište kneza Branimira 32, Biograd na Moru
★★★★ 8.5 (11 reviews)

"I’ll get straight to the positives, the room was a decent size, the aircon worked fine and the shower was good, the rest wasn’t for us . Staff a mixed bag, no smiles or pleasantries, looked like they didn’t want to be there , breakfast was very standard stuff and not the best quality, coffee was ok , flat screen tv with a few English speaking channels, the hotel has no facilities, advertising a spa and indoor pool and had neither, could not buy any food or drink in this hotel, the bathroom is a strange setup, all glass with a curtain round so very little privacy, no kettle in the room, balcony was very uninviting as you couldn’t see over it when you sat down, all in all we are sorry we stayed here and would not recommend it"

"The staff is super nice that she allows to go into the rooms first while she is inputting our data. Explanation on the room facilities is clear and the shared bathroom is clean and tidy too."

Hotel Preko Ugljan, Curio Collection by Hilton

Hotel Preko Ugljan, Curio Collection by Hilton

📍 Na Mulu 14, Preko
★★★★ 9.4 (15 reviews)

"I stayed at this hotel in preko for one night and had a good stay there. All of the front desk staff were warm, friendly, and spoke excellent English, which made check-in and communication very easy. The room was spotless and well equipped, with everything I needed. I also really liked the dining area on the ground floor — it’s a comfortable space to relax or chat with friends. The outdoor seating is especially nice, with a lovely sea view and a peaceful atmosphere. There are, however, a few small areas that could be improved. The pool, sauna, and massage services are only available until 8 p.m., which makes it hard for guests staying just one night to enjoy them — especially if they spend the day exploring outside and return later in the evening. Another thing is the balcony. While the room itself was excellent, the balcony faced nearby residential buildings rather than the sea, so the view wasn’t as great as expected. A sea-facing view would have made the experience perfect. Regarding the food, I tried both breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was included in the room rate and was generally good, with a decent variety and acceptable quality, though not particularly impressive for a four- or five-star hotel. Dinner, on the other hand, felt overpriced. Although the restaurant has a perfect Google rating, I personally wouldn’t give it five stars. Most of the dishes tasted fine, but the portions were quite small and the flavors didn’t really justify the price (over €20–30 per dish). That said, the environment was lovely and the service was great, so overall, I would still rate the restaurant four stars. In summary, I had a pleasant stay and really appreciated the hospitality, cleanliness, and relaxing atmosphere. It would be even better if the spa facilities had longer opening hours and the dining experience offered better value for money. I’d still recommend this hotel, especially for those who plan to stay more than one night."

Crvena Luka Resort

Crvena Luka Resort

📍 Crvena Luka 1, Biograd na Moru
★★★★ 8.3 (37 reviews)

"When we arrived at the resort, we had to wait for our villa to be ready — which would have been completely understandable, had everything actually been prepared. Unfortunately, when we entered the villa, we discovered that the air conditioning wasn’t working. This raised questions about what exactly was done during the 4-hour preparation period. We were told that we would be without air conditioning for four days — right during the peak of a major heatwave. After repeated complaints, we were eventually provided with a portable AC unit. A week later, the main AC was finally fixed, and our portable unit was immediately given to new guests whose AC also didn’t work. The resort was filled with guests (mostly from Russia and Ukraine) whose behavior was often inconsiderate — especially when it came to the beach area. Many would reserve multiple spots using towels and sunbeds, sometimes placing them in two or three different shaded areas, up to 30 meters apart, leaving little room for others. This created a rather unpleasant atmosphere. The staff were polite and helpful — I have no complaints about them — but overall, the resort does not live up to its advertised four-star standard."

Hotel IN ★★★★
"From the outside the hotel doesn't look like much, but the inside is magnificent! The decor is neat in the common areas as well as in the rooms, by the sea and quiet, a few minutes from the city. The staff is kind and friendly. The room is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped, no detail is left to chance. Be careful the bathroom is entirely glass, with curtains but not on all the windows, so for privacy it is not ideal :) The breakfast is fabulous, large buffet with savory and sweet choices, and sea view. The wellness area is neat, gym, indoor pool (with such beautiful weather, outdoors would have been ideal!), jacuzzi, sauna and hammam included in the price. Downside on the outdoor parking which is paid even though it is not particularly secure or even covered... But I recommend without hesitation!"

Downtown Boutique Hostel ★★
"Nice experience. The location is in the center of old town, many good restaurant in the neighborhood. The room and shared toilet & shower room was comfortable and clean, but only the community space was not so tidy as expected - the table has a bit marks and stains. Breakfast is not included in the dormitory bed rate and has to be ordered on site. Unfortunately, it’s not very cost-effective — for more than €10, the portion is quite small: just some eggs, a few slices of cheese and sausage, and a small amount of vegetables."

Torretta Palace Hotel ★★★★
"The pool hasn't been filled yet for the season so that was a little disappointing but the cool jacuzzi and really helpful staff made up for it. The rooms were lovely, we had 2 overlooking the sun loungers and jacuzzi which we loved. Much better than the sea view room we originally booked. The breakfast was great. Only negative was we felt it was a little overpriced for its location and amenities."

"The apartments were clean, the bathroom was very big and we also had a balcony with a view on the trees. There was a kitchen furnished with fridge, cutlery and pots and pans. The area for the children was full of toys and pencils. There was a bar on the beach and in the evening music for the children. They even built a swing into the sea! I found the food pretty nice, since both for breakfast and dinner there was a great amount of choice."
