Nice and clean food both at breakfast and ordering in the restaurant was excellent saw bears while there walking in-front of hotel other places to eat close by it was so quiet the spa and pool were spotless close to places of interest you have everything you need

Cockroaches and other insects in every room. Switched rooms due to cockroaches in room and still had cockroach and giant moth in next room.

The hotel has a great location and parking is available and free for hotel guest. We enjoyed the decor and cleanliness of the room. The buffet breakfast was delicious, a lot to chose from. We did not use the swimming pool. Overall a great experience and a good choice.

El hotel con cucarachas en las habitaciones. Como no te ocupes tú de hacerte la cama te la encontrarás sin hacer a tu regreso El desayuno muy “justito” Si te retrasas 5 min en entrar al comedor te encontrarás con el bufé totalmente desabastecido y cuando solicites que saquen algo para que los clientes puedan cenar te dirán que no hay nada y te irás a la cama sin cenar. Muy desagradable la experiencia. No creo que este hotel merezca las 4 estrellas que supuestamente tiene.

Hotel lleno de cucarachas, aparecieron en varias habitaciones, no hicieron nada, el personal mal educado. El viaje era organizado, se comunicó a Panavision sin que dieran ninguna solución. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba en algunas habitaciones. Escasez de comida en el buffet, a reseñar que las cocinas y el comedor están ubicados en el semisótano.

A nice hotel. Set in a forest so nice views. Pool, hot tub and sauna. Good breakfast lots of variety. Vegetarian options at dinner very limited but the local wine is very good! The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. A 15 minute, dark, walk away from amenities. Staff ok, cleaning staff very friendly.

It is not a 4 star hotel. Invasion of cockroaches. At least 20 rooms had cockroaches, rooms checked. Out of 20 people who ate for lunch (03.01.2024), 4 had fara in their food/plate. The staff shrugged... "we have documents that extermination was done", as if cockroaches know a book. To avoid !!!

We stayed at this hotel late September. We were part of a small tour group visiting Transylvania. We had an evening meal on our first night. We arrived late evening. Because the restaurant was closed for renovations until our last evening, we ate upstairs for our first nights dinner and breakfast for 4 of the 5 days we were there in what was possibly a meeting room. The dinner was typically Eastern European, very stodgy and filling. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were also ok and quiet. We were at the back of the hotel overlooking the mountains/forest. On our first night we both received an “Emergency Bear Sighting in the area Alert” stating not to venture out! Frightened the life out of us. Out of skiing season this area is very remote with very little open. We did venture out on our 2nd night down to a snack cart about 200m down the road. We were very nervous about it as it get’s dark early in late September with no road lighting either. Staff at the hotel spoke reasonable English and were very friendly. Frightened the life out of us
