Motel 6 Pleasanton, CA

Love this motel so much its quit

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this Motel 6 location in Pleasanton. I booked a non-smoking room, but as soon as I turned on the AC, a strong smoke odor filled the room, which immediately made it clear the room had not been properly cleaned or maintained. Even worse, when I went into the bathroom, I found two cockroaches. That alone made the room completely uninhabitable and unacceptable. I left shortly after discovering this because I did not feel safe or comfortable staying there. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of urgency and accountability from management aka Sony. There was no effort to resolve the issue or give me a refund in a timely or professional manner, instead she gaslit me and raised her voice. Cleanliness and basic guest respect should be the bare minimum, and unfortunately, this location failed on both. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made. Corporate & Health department of Pleasanton are now getting involved.

The mattress was worn out and the bathroom fan would fill the room with the smell of cigarette smoke

The property manager and his staff had taken care of me and my boyfriend is so far so good and everything is great can't take care of us extended so a beautiful center

it was clean safe very nice location withdraw from LA to Oregon and we stop in Pleasanton to sleep for a few hours. We didn’t have no problems safe.

the next-door people had a burking dog inside the room. I was unable to sleep. I called the office using my cell phone around 11:30 pm. the phone in the room was not working the bed was in bad condition in General a lot of noise I had to be at 06:00 am at work with no sleep horrible place everything is really old inside under bed dust and not clean.
