Nice hotel. We had a quiet room on the 3rd floor. Check in/out was very quick and easy. Near the freeway, mall, and other restaurants. Free parking. We meant to try the breakfast, but it was offered for onlyb2 hours and ended at 9am!!!

Friendly staff, good breakfast, room well appointed. Pool, jacuzzi, mini tennis court, outside BBQ.But the internet, even the Enhanced internet is really slow. So slow I will not stay here again. I will try again in 6 months to see if they have upgraded it.

This property is generally clean and well kept, Staff are friendly and rooms of course are clean and spacious. I did have a few issues during my stay. My TV in the room was not connected to any cable and could not watch TV.. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Morning breakfast was decent ( pretty much like every other chain) There was a horrible smell when you walked into the property between the two sets of doors leading into the property. Pool and jacuzzi were heated well and clean. Pricing changed during my stay which I can't stand, but such is the industry.... All in all, a decent property. Would I stay here again?.....Maybe

First impressions the hotel looks like it just went through a renovation seeing that everything looks very new. I was checked in only for me to find that the room had been occupied. I've worked in hotels I know that things like this happen from time to time so I brushed it off. Being that I stayed there for New Years eve I was looking to get a little more time to check out. I called and spoke to the night auditor requesting for just an hour extension from the normal check out time which I didn't thing was that big of an ask. He told me that he could only be able to give me a half hour. So I figured when I got back to the hotel I could just ask for another half hour in person. I mean he already gave me the half hour, whats another half hour ? When I arrived back to the hotel to speak with him in person he was completely rude and brushed me off stating that based on my status and how many checkouts the following day had he could only give me a half hour and if I wanted to I could email on of the managers as he pointed to the business cards. ALL OF THIS OVER A HALF HOUR. You know it doesn't have to get to that point when its not that big of an ask. I don't want to email the managers all over a half hour. The best part of it all is that I wake up to a call early in the morning from the front desk to let me know that they went ahead and extended my check out which I appreciated. If I had just gotten the extension in the first place and not have to go through all that to only get my sleep interrupted there wouldn't have been an issue. I've worked for several hotels in the heart of the bay area where we are packed and half of my arrivals for the week are all Diamond, Platinum and Gold members and when I have all of them asking for a late check out it as late at 3 or 4 pm we have to do our best to be able to accommodate them. That also includes our non members and lower tiered members because they are also patrons and should be recognized. Even if it means me helping out the housekeeping staff to turn rooms over to accommodate for all the late checkouts which I've done. The rooms were clean and great but the two experiences left a very sour taste.

My expectations for a Residence Inn are low; all I expect is a quiet room that is cleaned periodically. However, after room service skipped my room one day, I called the front desk to confirm that I would get a cleaning the following day. The next day, I returned after a long day out to find my room the same as when I left. When I saw housekeeping in the hallway, I asked why my room was skipped twice for cleaning. The individual said she only speaks Spanish. When I started speaking to her in Spanish, she panicked and looked at her list and said I was not on her list. When I asked for her name so that I could explain the situation to the front desk, she told me she “forgot”. Having to engage with the hotel manager just to get your room clean after 2 days makes a low expectation stay even more miserable.

We had a beautiful time at the hotel! We were in town for my brother's wedding at Callippe preserve and we stayed here for two nights! We cooked in the kitchens and had a wonderful time in the pool/spa - Place was quite and the new renovations looked great!

I’m cancelling my rsvp, and probably my Marriot Amex card. Marriot is very unfriendly toward pet owners. I have tried since Friday to contact hotel to let them know I am bringing a pet and a service dog. $100 cleaning fee. Looking for other accommodations now.

The hotel has been updated in the lobby and the rooms. The only negative is the hallway smell of food. Not sure if there has been food spill, or if it's the cooking inside the suites that permeated out the room doors. There are also bags of garbage left outside of rooms that aren't collected so together with the odor it really brings down the class of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is great. Lots of cut fresh fruits, cooked oatmeal, Canadian bacon, scrambled eggs, 2 french toast griddle stations, yogurt, granola, juice, bread and muffin. They keep things filled constantly so you can get a very filling breakfast. They installed sensors in bathrooms so that lights would be turned off automatically if there is no motion detected after a short period. This can be problematic when you're in the shower and they placed a bath towel right by the sensor, blocking movement inside the shower. Having the light go out on you in the middle of the shower can be a weird experience, so be sure to remove the bathroom on the rack before you step into the shower.
