Encantados con la experiencia, 💯% agradecidos con el personal, muy amables y atentos, los bartender Jean Carlos y Diego muy buenos y amables, Bayron de Animación muy atento y excelente persona, los del restaurante muy buenos y atentos, excelente atención y la comida muy rica, de verdad la tercera vez que vamos y estamos muy agradecidos con todos hasta los de recepción muchas gracias por hacer amenas nuestras vacaciones, las instalaciones nos gustan mucho las canas muy cómodas, las almohadas muy buenas.

Spent 7 nights in a 2 bedroom Villa and had a great experience. The food and drinks were good, local sourced and fresh. Belinda at the front desk truly understands what hospitality is supposed to look like. She blew our minds. Ariel and Jose kept us running all over the resort and shuttled us with the biggest smiles. The wait staff was friendly, Werly was great. The rooms were cleaned daily and air conditioning worked great. We saw howler monkeys right from our balcony room. So many birds and others animals to enjoy right on the property and the beach was shaded and empty which was incredibly relaxing. Sunsets were perfect and we could walk to a supermarket and 2-4 restaurants off the property for food as well.

Excellent, what an amazing stay at this resort. Why? The staff are friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Jose Rosales, who drove us throughout the resort and greeted us every time with a big smile and cheerful hello. Orion at the pool bar, who made us feel special every time we spoke with him. All the staff were amazing and should you visit this resort you will see for yourself, their attention to detail sets it apart from other resorts in the area in which I’ve stayed. In regard to the basics: Our room was basic but kept thoroughly cleaned daily. The balcony was small and the location of the air conditioner made it noisy to enjoy. The view however could be best described as fantastic. The food from the menu was tasty with large portions and a nice presentation. I found myself looking forward to lunch and dinner. The grounds were lush and well kept. The views throughout the resort were breathtaking especially from the restaurant. The pools were kept clean with the design of the pools very appealing. The beach was nice and actually very close to the resort, much closer than the photos reflect. Villas Sol Beach Resort exceeded my expectations. The cost, accommodations, food and overall experience made this trip a real deal.

Los chicos todos son excelentes. Todos en las áreas que tiene el hotel el servicio al cliente en este lugar se vuelve único. La vista de este lugar es estupenda creo que una de las mejores. Nota: Byron, Diego, Jean Carlos, Konrad, Maria, Harley y Kimberly de limpieza. Este equipo es genial, te encantará hospedarte aquí.

October is a slow month here so we had undivided attention throughout the week. Very friendly staff and new manager Belinda was excellent. Is slowly trying to improve facilities and restaurant. TIP…bring your favorite spices to restaurant in order to flavor to your liking. I agree that drink menu and variety needs improvement but not bad if you like basic drinks. Found lacking hot water but valve was turned off under sink and when on, worked fine. Could use more pressure in shower. Rooms are excellent in size and cleanliness. Great views and sunsets.

The food was excellent, it is very delicious, and there is a lot of variety and the room and service were good. However, the beverages were not up to par and should be improved. The pools were good; the beach was nice. The place is clean and tidy. You can sleep in silence; there is a lot of peace and tranquility. I recommend booking a villa that isn't on a hill, as it can be a bit tricky to bring down the luggage.

I went to this hotel for a get away weekend good food great service but jacuzzi did not work and hot water in the room was missing though out the entire stay.. this hotel need to have more entertainment for families and adults the beach side was not what i expected for a hotel this caliber

Check in rápido y muy amables, habitación bien equipada y acogedora, comida muy variada en los 3 tiempos desayuno almuerzo y cena y muy buena, el servicio de restaurante muy bueno, los salones fueron muy amables atentos y serviciales. Fue una linda experiencia, esperamos volver pronto y lo recomiendo para el que no lo ha visitado excelente hotel.
