Overall had a nice 10 night stay at this hotel. I cant help but feel this is wrongly branded as a palace hotel as it is quite simply lacking the same standard. The rooms are nicely furnished but definitely on the small side. Infact smaller than the rooms at the Riu Papyus. The pool areas are pleasant but strangely no drinks service is offered at your sunbed so no differentiation for the non palace hotels. Also customers are allowed to smoke in the centre walk way which mean you are constantly breathing in other guests smoke. The dinning room is nice enough but the staff can be a little indifferent. The service can not be compared to the Riu Palace Maspalomas. Second drinks are rarely offered and tables are very close together. I feel the Palace name was added as an after thought to attract the premium price tag. The dinning room is like no other Palace hotel I've stay at in terms of decor or quality of service. Massive let down in this hotel is the horrendous excuse for a gym. Probably the worst Riu gym I have ever seen. Total lack of equipment. And no free weights which is just so poor. The manager of this hotel is literally invisible during 10 night we didn't see them once. No greeting at dinner which is always a nice touch and generally no interaction with guests atall. Overall I'm really not sure why this hotel is classed as a palace as it isn't really deserving of the status. It's all nice enough but considering it's often priced at double the point of the Riu papyus and even more than the Riu Palace Maspalomas it's seems a little difficult to see what you get for your money. Personally I would much rather stay at the Riu Palace Maspalomas and receive a far superior experience in terms of room standard ,drink quality and gym.

Keurige hotelkamer met prachtig uitzicht. Lekker eten, vriendelijk en servicegericht personeel. Goede hygiëne. Op en top vakantie! Alleen het zwembad was wat fris. Misschien iets eerder de zwembaden verwarmen, vanaf half oktober bijvoorbeeld. Verder helemaal tevreden!

Da wir Wiederholungstäter sind, gibt es nicht viel was man hinzufügen müsste. Man wird sofort an der Rezeption fröhlich und freundlich begrüßt. Es ist wie ein "nach Hause" kommen. Besonders zu erwähnen, ist die Sauberkeit und Freundlichkeit im ganzen Hotel. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Zimmermädchen, welche einen anstrengenden Job ausüben und immer fröhlich sind. Die Gartenanlage ist ein Traum - diese macht dem Namen des Hotels alle Ehre- Palmen über Palmen. Das Essen ist sehr abwechslungsreich und hier ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei - sehr lecker. Der Service ist durchgehend perfekt. Freundlich, zügig, fröhlich, professionell. Da wir unseren Essensplatz immer im gleichen Bereich wählen, möchte ich hier besonders unseren Stammkellner Fonqui erwähnen. Herzlichen Dank für die tolle, fröhliche, schnelle Bedienung!! Fazit: Wieder einmal ein rundum perfekter Urlaub - sicher kommen wir wieder.

This hotel never ceases to impress,attention to detail,vast choice of food,friendly helpful staff,excellent location. The bar/restaurant opposite the hotel has music till midnight, which was slightly intrusive,but in no way detracted from the quality of the hotel or its service.

Very nice hotel. And very polite and helpful workers. Specially catering people are very professional! There were more children than normally ( visited hotel twice before). Othertwise its ok, but some german families made a lot of noise and jumped into the pool together with children. Tehy made the whole surraundings Wet! One other man slipped tehere and hit his head. I think that employees could say something to those people who don`t care about other people´s safety. Also bed reserving by the pool has increased a lot. I don´t see it very smart.

Spotlessly clean, excellent choice of food. Lovely pools, very comfortable room. Gardens were immaculate with lush greenery. Hotel staff very friendly and welcoming. Very close to beach and amenities - will definitely stay again! A very relaxing week!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Bien accueillis à la réception à l'arrivée mais malheureusement pas en français. Notre chambre n'était pas prête mais le temps de boire un verre et on est venu nous dire qu'elle était prête. Personnel très gentil et serviable qui font tout pour vous satisfaire. Les buffets sont bons, du choix mais dommage des charcuteries le matin mais pas le midi ni le soir. Pas de saumon fumé sinon il a de quoi varier. Nous sommes allés 3 fois au Kristal qui est bien mais un peu expéditif et les horaires pas trop top. 18 H ou 20 H. un peu tôt 18 H. Nous avons opté pour 20 H. L'hôtel est très propre; Le personnel est toujours occupé. La chambre bien, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Les piscines sont belles mais à cette période il faut choisir les places pour avoir du soleil et les transats avec les meilleures places sont réservée très tôt, à croire que les gens ne dorment pas ou vont se recoucher après avoir réservé. C'est un peu dommage mais c'est pareil ailleurs. Nous avons été satisfaits de notre séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir.
