일단 저는 절대 절대 다시는 가고 싶지 않고, 누구에게도 가지 말라고 할 것 입니다!
이유는
1. HM플라야델카르멘에 공항 픽업을 몇번이고 요청 했는데, 어떠한 답변도 받지 못하고, 결국 공항에서 만날 수 없었습니다. 대중교통인 ADO타고 가야 했고, 연락이 되지 않았습니다!
(이건 트립닷컴에서의 문제일 수도 있습니다! 트립닷컴에서 숙소로 문의 하기에서 했는데, 연락이 제대로 되지 않은 듯 합니다)
2. 프론트 매니저는 완전 완전 불친절 했습니다. 저희가 늦게 도착해서 11시반쯤 도착 했습니다만, 고객이 불편함을 느낄 정도로 대충대충하고, 제대로 설명하지도 않았다.
3. 결정적인 내용으로 룸의 퀄리니가 매우 매우 안좋았다! 너무 습해서 잠을 잘 수가 없었고, 말라 있던 옷들이 습해서 눅눅해질 정도였다.
결국 나는 4일을 예약 했는데 2일만에 다른 호텔을 예약하고 그냥 체크아웃 했다
나올 때에도 서비스가 불편했고 방이 습해서 너무 화가 났다고 했는데, 직원들이 미안함 따위는 전혀 없었다
만약! 플라야델카르멘에 오시게 된다면, 절대 절대 HM을 이용하지 마세요!
가족에게 친구에게 연인에게 미안함이 100% 생깁니다!
추천 해드리자면 플라야델카르멘 힐튼, 그랜드 하얏트 플라야델카르멘이 좋습니다! 저는 그랜드 하얏트로 가서 너무 좋았습니다!
