No hot water and poor service
When we checked in, I noticed right away that our jacuzzi had no hot water. I went downstairs to tell the clerk and was told I should open a valve in the kitchen or bathroom. After many attempts at finding the valve, restarting the valve, etc, and after 4 visits to the lobby counter and speaking with someone over the phone the problem was never solved. After, we realized there was no hot water at all in our presidential suite for 6. No one ever came up to try to fix the problem. Both clerks seemed nonchalent and in no way bothered by the fact that we had no hot water, as if it was normal. Very disappointing considering the quality and the price of the room.
