Chambres bien et lit confortable. Par contre le all inclusive 0 alcool c'est la première fois et pourtant je voyage. . Pas d'apero sauf payant et à presque 10 euros le verre c'est inadmissible en tout compris. De plus les alentours sont très bruyant.

La direccion del hotel no cumple con lo contratado. Dejan a sus clientes tirados en el aeropuerto. No resuelven incidencias. Venden un hotel de 4 estrellas y no cumplen con la expectativa que generan. La ubicación es nefasta. Nadie de Riu Bravo se responsabiliza de las incidencias, ni el hotel ni la central de Mallorca. A fecha en espera de soluciones por lo ocurrido. Denunciado en Consell.

Le personnel est toujours très agréable et bienveillant. Propreté, emplacement et service top. Assez proche des endroits animés mais assez loin également pour que cela ne soit pas trop dérangeant fenêtre fermée. Proche de la plage également, très appréciable.

Hôtel très agréable. Le personnel est parfait et toujours disponible pour trouver une solution à nos demandes. La restauration est variée avec des soirées à thème. Les chambres spacieuses et propre. Proche de la plage et des arrêts de bus pour visiter Palma et l'île.

Dit is het allerbeste 4-sterrebhotel dat wij ooit hebben geboekt. Wij begrijpen de negtieve beoordelingen niet van sommige gebruikers, ofwel doen zij dit met kwade bedoelingen, ofwel zijn deze mensen ook thuis niet veel gewoon. De kamers zijn kraaknet, het personeel zeer vriendelijk, het eten is er super lekker en heeft veel variatie. Wij gaan er volgend jaar terug!

Check in peu respectueux du client : la préposée nous a montré du doigt sur un papier les informations à nous communiquer tout en répondant aux appels téléphoniques. Chambre belle et agréable. Excellente literie. Mauvaise idée cependant cette cloison en verre entre la salle de bain et la chambre : si l’un des partenaires se lève la nuit, l’autre est inévitablement réveillé. Pas d’eau dans la chambre, ni à l’étage, ni même dans le bâtiment (notre chambre était située dans le bâtiment annexe). Obligation donc de remplir des verres aux distributeurs situés aux bars et de se les coltiner jusqu’à notre chambre au 6ème étage après avoir traversé le jardin. Vraiment désolant pour un 4*. Restauration très moyenne avec quand même un petit mieux le vendredi et le samedi. Très beau et agréable complexe de piscines. Déçus par rapport à notre expérience précédente au Riu Paraiso de Lanzarote.

Qualité des chambres top Ambiance nulle et trop germanique. Pas de bouteille d’eau dans les chambres Jus d’orange industriel disponible à la tireuse …..immonde…… Cocktail payant Buffet très moyen Vraiment indigne d’un RIU 4 étoiles Vraiment déçu Client RIU depuis de nombreuses années, je pense que je vais changer.

We've stayed in Riu hotels a lot so selected this one because we've always had a good experience in these hotels, sadly this time it was quite disappointing. Firstly it is not under any circumstances All Inclusive, yes the food is included but the drinks are limited - ok, we knew that when we booked, we are allowed 3 alcoholic drinks with lunch and 3 with dinner BUT these drinks are only served in the restaurants, you can only have red/white/rose wine and have no choice of what type (sweet/dry etc), its just bog standard local wine - we wanted to order a nice Rioja and they didn't have any or any other wine to choose even if we were prepared to pay. The only other option is beer or soft drinks and again only available in the restaurant. No cocktails, no spirits - they all cost extra. There are soft drink dispensers so you can get sprite/coke etc but on several occasions the machines were out of action and when we went to the bar and ordered soft drinks we had to pay. The second reason we selected this hotel was that it has an indoor swimming pool. When we asked at reception what time it opened they said November! Apparently this pool is only open in the winter months (beginning in November)! When I checked on their website it says 'temporary closed' now that implies generally its available but at the moment its closed (for maintenance etc) NOT that its not available until November. We found this completely misleading and were very unhappy that we could not use the indoor pool in October - how were we supposed to know it wasn't available? The area the hotel is in is great however most tourists in this hotel are German, there were large numbers of drunk noisy football fans in the bars around the hotel in the evenings (and sometime daytime) which didn't give the place a great feel. On the plus side the food was excellent, the staff were all very friendly, it was well maintained and clean. Would we go back to this hotel? Absolutley not, it did not live up to our expectations, we felt we had been mislead by their advertising and didn't get the 'all inclusive' that we've received in all the other Riu hotels we've stayed in.
