The breakfast was great, the staff were great, the location was great, then they charged me €88 for laundry, around 4 times what it should've been. So by all means stay there, just don't ask them to do your laundry, might as well get mugged.

This is a fantastic hotel. Close to everything and a short hop from the airport. The staff team are particularly wonderful. They all go out of their way to make your holiday special. We want to say a massive thanks to Jose, Naira, Elvis, Ramon, Javi, Pepe, Carmen, Ainhoa and the cleaning staff (& bebe quatro). Sorry not to mention everyone, as you are all special. It was just perfect. We were delighted with our swim-up room but would be happy to return to this hotel regardless of the room type. Thank you for a fabulous holiday. Hope to see you all again. We stayed as a family of 3 for 4 nights at the Paradiso Garden.the hotel is spotlessly clean, the staff absolutely lovely and the food was fantastic. We were travelling with a 5 month baby and nothing was too much trouble.we have to say a massive thank you to Estella and Victoria in the restaurant for entertaining Raya!! We loved the fact that we could have brunch instead of breakfast which made our mornings very relaxing. The outdoor pool area was really good but the pool itself too cold for the baby so we used the indoor pool in the spa everyday instead! The hotel was quiet and met all our needs for a relaxing short break but was only a five minute stroll down to the beach and promenade which were much busier. We would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Excelente lugar para ir en pareja y en familia , muy lindo hotel , el desayuno estilo Bufet exquisito ,todos muy atentos .Tiene Spa , gym , piscina . La gente que trabaja ahí muy acogedora . La habitación estaba muy bien en relación al precio , modernas .

Quiet hotel with excellent pool/outside dining/bar, but still within very easy reach of beach, restaurants and bars. All staff very welcoming and friendly. Rooms clean, and modern with great view from the balcony. Short taxi ride (15 minutes) from the airport which means perfect location for short break.

The best hotel ever, a special mention for Cloe the manager and Nayra who were both amazing and couldn’t have done more to make our stay perfect. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. Lovely rooms, comfy beds, great location, close to the nightlife but you wouldn’t know as very quiet in the evening/ night. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the outside seating area was very clean and comfortable, as all the hotel was.Can’t say anything negative at all. Thanks Cloe and Nayra we hope to see you again soon
