We have stayed here numerous times before and always return because it is perfect for us. The staff are always helpful and friendly plus the location is spot on with no steep hills and just far enough to be away from but close enough to the action if you want it

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, altijd behulpzaam. Bij een opmerking werd er direct ingegrepen. Het verwarmd zwembad met zicht op zee is een grote plus!

Many many positives like previous reviews. Great staff food location facilities . Branded drinks. Access to beach This review is based on management namely Anna and Raphael . We had a few issues with a client we were taking on holiday who has mental health issues and disabilities. Instead of support we were told by Raphael to take her Out of the hotel or even better he could Lock her in her room. Seriously. We were also told by Anna the other duty manager that it was my clients fault she got in another guests room although it was the maid who let her in it without checking it was her room and without her having a wrist band on. Ideal hotel for everyone except disabled people with mental health. Yes complaint going In to head office

Vacances d’une semaine en novembre, Hôtel très bien situé 1 Chambre pour 3 adultes suffisante avec un lit double et un clic clac très confortable! Petite chambre mais fonctionnelle, toujours propre et soignée Le buffet est très varié, avec des viandes/ poissons qui changent tous les jours et des produits de qualité Les point négatifs sont que les plats ne sont pas toujours chaud (œufs brouillés, haricots, frites, pâtes…). De plus à certains endroits il n’y a pas de personnel donc ne devons attendre qu’un cuisinier finisse d’un côté pour venir vous servir de l’autre (attente parfois de 5 min) Petit plus pour le restaurant asiatique SAKURA qui était une expérience exceptionnelle avec des plats de qualité, un service inégalable et une très bonne ambiance en petit comité ! Pour cela merci à Rodolfo, Daina et Danilo qui ont rendu notre soirée magique ! Les piscines sont propres, il y a toujours de la place pour les transats Les animateurs sont sympa, dynamiques, ne sont pas envahissants ! Bref : je recommande pour un séjour en famille ou en couple

The hotel has many good qualities such as good position , very helpful staff , wide selection of food and varied selection of evening entertainment etc . This was not my first visit here but my problem is the " entertainment staff " during the day seem to believe playing non stop music is what customers want when in reality we want some peace and quiet to soak up the sun , relax and read my book. On one afternoon there was 4 different speakers playing different styles of music . I did ask one "entertainer " if the music could be turned down which ended in a row with me being accused of disrespecting the girl. I pointed out that she was not showing any respect to the the guests there . I did end up speaking with a very helpful customer relations manager who did firstly agree I was not the only visitor to make such comments . The situation did improve for a while but gradually got back to the original levels . I have to say I was not convinced to return to this hotel following other stays here . Its a shame really but at least I took some earplugs with me on this holiday. I did visit other hotels in the area where I could stay on future holidays .

Booked a short stay with my sister and parents to celebrate my mums 80th birthday. We all wished we had booked for longer. This Hotel did not disappoint. The communal areas and the bedrooms are bright and clean. The food is and varied and we particularly enjoyed the selection of fish each night. Great location and access directly to beach promenade. Thoroughly enjoyed the nightly shows and the aqua gym and bingo by the pool each day. The staff are amazing and the most courteous and helpful staff in any Hotel I have ever stayed. They really made this holiday. H10 should use the staff at this Hotel as an inspiration and benchmark for all other H10 properties. Can't wait to go back again.

I had originally not booked this hotel, and moved to it after a horrendous 24hrs in another, and WOW it was the best decision I had ever made. This hotel was spotlessly clean, the food was amazing with a huge variety, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were beautiful, and we were lucky enough to have a sea view. I honestly think if we had not found this hotel that saved our holiday, we would have just flown home. I am 4 months pregnant and I didn’t once question the cleanliness or food. We were all inclusive, so we booked the onsite steak restaurant, i had informed them i was pregnant and needed my steak well done, normally it would still be served medium rare but they listened and it was AMAZING. They have strict rules of no drinks and no smoking near the pool and it was so refreshing. There are multiple pools, some warmer than others but great for kids. I would 1000% come here again, what a great and accommodating hotel.
