Arrived late ish. No pillows on bed. Asked reception for pillows who said the laundry is closed?? Towels aren’t changed daily which I personally think is disgusting. I change my towels daily at home.

The hotel is popular, large, noisy, conveniently located. Our acquaintance with the hotel began with a negative note. We booked a room for 3 people. We got to the hotel at 2 am, fortunately the reception is open 24 hours a day. The issued room greeted us with cockroaches! The reception was not very willing to change us, saying that there were not many places, but they gave us a room on the 3rd floor with a good view, where you can see the sea at the edge. But there was only enough linen for 2 people in the room. Being tired, we divided 2 sets into 3 and in the morning returned to the reception asking for a third set. However, at the reception they decided to give us another spacious room in the neighboring 2-story buildings with a roof terrace. Which, in principle, suited us. It turned out to be not so bad, despite the fact that the hotel is not new and is quite noisy. The rooms are spacious, there is an equipped kitchen, the noise from the street was not very annoying. Cleaning several times a week. The location of the hotel is good, there is a place to park your rental car (after a little searching for a free space), there are large shops around the corner, a bus stop, the beach is 5-7 minutes on foot. We had a good rest! The price basically corresponds to the level. I won’t say anything about food, because... taken without food.

Returned from our holiday yesterday, after reading the reviews we were expecting shreks swamp and didn't have high hopes, we were pleasantly surprised our room was big and spacious the only thing that let it down was the lack of air con the only thing that woke us up in the night was sweating as the rooms are far too hot. The food wasn't to our taste but we had breakfast and lunch and most days, our evening meals we always ate out. The staff was very helpful when our keys didn't work. Would definitely stay here again but not in peak season as the rooms are far too hot and paying for a fan that circulates warm air back in the room isn't the one Would also be nice if you had the choice. to put the tv on and not have to pay for the remote control.

This is an honest review of my experience. I read the reviews before booking but decided to give the place the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, my self-catering studio was filthy—it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly, and I doubt they even mopped the floors. There were footprints on my front door, and bugs were running around. To top it off, I woke up to what I believe was a cockroach casually sitting on my bedside table. There was no air conditioning in the room, and I had to pay a non-refundable €20 to rent a portable fan from reception. On top of that, the Wi-Fi is €20 for 7 days, and it only works on one device, meaning you can’t even share it with family or friends. I would not recommend this place.

I recently stayed at Las Piramides on our lads holiday, and it was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. For starters, there was no air conditioning, so the room felt like a sauna the entire time. To make matters even worse, we discovered bed bugs in the bed. When we notified the staff, they flat-out refused to move us to another room until we complained even further and had to wait an entire day to be relocated! Completely unacceptable. On top of that, the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages—dust everywhere, and the bathroom was disgusting. The staff were extremely rude and acted like they couldn’t care less about any of the issues. Every request was met with attitude. On our last day I had my trainers in the luggage area who ch is guarded by ‘security’, I came to retrieve my trainers only a few hours later to find they were gone, once raised with the security guard as previously mentioned he did not care. As for the food, it was awful. There was no variety at all, and what little they served tasted horrible. Honestly, Las Piramides is a complete disaster, and I would never, ever return. Stay away from this place.

Worst hotel I have ever been to. Pictures they have posted are nothing like the hotel you turn up to. When you get to the hotel you automatically don’t know if it is even open or not due to the fact they have no lights on in the hotel…the food is absolutely disgusting. We paid for all inclusive and didn’t even use it. We are out every single meal. Rooms are genuinely disgusting. The place is full of young people going out and getting on it being loud at all hours in the morning. Honestly would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Gabrielle was fantastic made the stay worth while he needs a pay rise, he is funny welcoming and entertaining. His games were amazing throughout the day and his evening entertainment was brilliant. His bingo and his Kareoke were a right laugh along with this overloaded vodka as on tap
