Nice stay for a short break. Lovely pool area although sunbeds a bit worn. Friendly staff - especially at pool bar. Rooms could do with a refurbishment - no air con, only ceiling fan therefore room was very hot. I believe a gradual refurbishment of the blocks is taking place so hopefully this will be included.

The good: 👍
The location is excellent, close to shops, beach and all you might need.
The food is good, although sometimes is kinda repetitive there's great choices and is tasty.
There's a great selection of drinks even though not the greatest brands still very enjoyable and the bar and restaurant staff was always pleasant to speak with.
Animation crew and the shows were excellent and really made the stay even more pleasant.
Rooms are big and spacious even if decor is a bit outdated, our room had amazing views.
The main pool and the surrounding areas are beautiful and well kept. Just wish the Laguna beach pool was also heated.
The bad:👎
Room cleaning was basic(spider webs in the bed lamps) but beds were made and fresh daily, most days they wouldn't take cups out.(we always bring water back to the bedroom)
All reception staff were great and pleasant to deal with exception of Anna which was dry and sounded rude when I asked about shampoo/soap replenishment.
Shampoo and Shower gel are only available when you start your stay(one sachet per person) these are not replenished daily, never experienced this on any hotel I've ever stayed. You'll be forced to go buy some in a shop.

Struttura molto bella ed accogliente, non manca assolutamente nulla! Servizio di ristorazione ottimo, c'è di tutto e di più. Tutti molto gentili. Molto soddisfatta dell'animazione, sono simpatici, ospitali, divertentissimi. Sempre presenti per qualsiasi situazione, animazione veramente TOP!! GRAZIE ad Alex, Fabio, Alessio, Mattia, Arianna, Alice, Eline, Francesca, Bianca e Nicoletta. Un sincero ringraziamento, ci mancherete tanto per la vostra allegria. Un bacio da Anna, Tina, Lena.

Hotel na początku nie robi pozytywnego wrażenia, ponieważ jest wybudowany dość dawno w starym stylu. Na pewno potrzebny jest mu remont, aby był bardziej nowoczesny odpowiadający dzisiejszym standardom estetycznym. Mimo to po spędzeniu w nim całego tygodnia uważam, że jest wart swojej ceny mimo starego wyglądu. Na duży plus hotelu to świetna lokalizacja tzn. blisko świetnej plaży, lokali, sklepów. W hotelu jest bardzo miła i uprzejma obsługa oraz smaczna i zróżnicowana kuchnia. Hotel mimo starego wystroju jest czysty i schludny. Cały dzień bardzo aktywni animatorzy, a wieczorem przedstawienie. Na minus dla nas to bardzo słabe wyciszenie pokojów i brak klimatyzacji w pokoju. Przebywaliśmy w budynku "E", w którym od godziny 7:00 rano jeździły bardzo głośne wózki obsługi i nie można było spać i właściwie odpocząć. Poranny hałas nie pozwolił nam odpocząć co jest jak dla nas najważniejsze na urlopie.

Vacaciones top. Hotel estupendo, muy buena ubicación. Con el todo incluido disfrutamos mucho de los diferentes servicios de comida y bebida que dispone el hotel.el buffet, la parrilla, el bar piscina, el bar de la noche.... La comida muy variada y muy rica. La atención del personal de lujo, muy atentos en todo momento. La recepción muy eficaz. Las piscinas geniales, la de agua salada era súper diferente y el tobogán le daba un toque muy guay. Una experiencia para repetir.

The rooms were perfect and comfortable the balcony's have beautiful views and the buffy restaurant was lovely. The staff were so kind and helpful and there shows were out of this world. The entertainment team are so hard working and inspiring. The vollyball games were some of the highlights to my trip. Thank you park club europe, hope to be back soon. Thank you Alessio you are very inspirational.

Vacanza stupenda, ho conosciuto persone fantastiche. Animazione al Top non ci si annoia veramente mai siete tutti simpaticissimi. Per quanto fossi sola in ferie non mi sono mai sentita sola. Villaggio nel centro di Las Americas posizione ottima. Spero di tornare presto, ho già nostalgia :-( Grazi di tutto.
