It is a nice resort for a young family. Please note it is quite away from Playa de america beach and on a steep hill. We had our room at the top of the hill, almost felt like going up 4 floors to get to the room. Limited vegetarian options in hot food. This is quite common with any other resort in Canary Islands. So be ready to compromise on it.
We got 4 single beds. If you are a couple who need a double bed, this could be a problem 😉.
Parking is €5 per day although hotel is far away from beaches. This is something they should provide free. No option outside to park due to steep hill.
We requested to move our room lower as my wife has asthma but not much of luck.

First time at Gran Oasis & first family holiday abroad, we all had a wonderful time! We have 2 weeks half term & went the Monday the week before main UK half term week. The room was excellent, we stayed in a family suite. Very clean & spacious! The bathroom is downstairs with the master bedroom & an additional bed upstairs in the living area. The only thing is it’s a little risky for little ones under 5 sleeping upstairs to get up & go to toilet in the night as the stairs are hard & fairly steep. Entertainment staff were fantastic! My kids really enjoyed the mini disco & foam party. The lifeguard at the oasis splash park was also so kind & friendly! The food was ok for a 4 star hotel but not amazing. Puddings were the best & pancakes at breakfast were delicious. When the main UK half term hit during our last 3 days there the restaurant got very busy & we found it very chaotic & not very relaxing. The staff were amazing though & dirty plates & cutlery were cleared super quick! Overall we had a fantastic holiday there!

Wow!! Myself and my family will definitely be returning to stay here again. From the food to the evening and afternoon entertainment, this hotel did not disappoint. Special shout out to Renate, Shelby and Ellie on the entertainment team.The only minor problem was the location of our duplex. It was 5 flights of stairs up so was a trek up every time we needed to return to our accommodation. Next time we book, we will be requesting one on the lower floor but apart from that, we had a fantastic time. Well done team Gran oasis 👏

Stayed for just under a week 9 of us aged between 13-40. Hotel was great and the staff were all lovely and helpful. We never had an issue getting sunbeds near each other and the pool was great - water was not freezing but a nice temperature to swim in. The one bedroom apartment was fine for 4 of us. Plenty of room and it was cleaned daily. Food was fine we always found something to eat even with the fussiest eaters. The shuttle bus to Siam park was handy as was the one to the beach. The staff went out of their way to help you celebrate if it was a special occasion which was appreciated. We would defiantly come back.

Perfect staff and nice hotel area, we really enjoyed our vacation. Kids loved the pools, food and drinks were good 🤗 Clean and nice rooms with air condition. View to the ocean from balcony. Pools were warm and public toilets were clean. You can leave your luggage to the reception if your flight departs late.

We stayed at the Gran Oasis with our 2 year old son during November 2024. The hotel was perfect for families! Lots to do for the children, our son loved the splash pool and water park, the park and kids club! His favourite part of the holiday was the “mini disco” All of the animation team were amazing with all the kids, they do so many fun activities to join in with every day. Special thanks to Carlos who was so attentive to our little boy and really made his holiday. He has not stopped talking about how he met “the real superman” and had lots of fun singing and dancing with him. The food and drinks for adults were all lovely, the rooms were clean and spacious. The resort does have a lot of stairs but this is to be expected in Tenerife as it has so many hills! There are plenty of ramps and we did not struggle up these with the buggy. See you next year!

The day on the arrival was absolutely amazing even the staff were very nice I enjoyed myself I had an blessed time away wanted to say a massive thank you the weather was so hot and penalty of shade thank you for everything the food was incredible

Always the best holiday, friendly staff, clean hotel & good variety of food & drinks . We are here on our honeymoon and the fruit platter & champagne in our room by the manager was a lovely touch! The staff are very good with our little boy & also the new splash park is amazing
