good and friendly personnel, lively atmosphere, nice evening entertainment programs, big restaurant, pretty clean rooms, nice for families, decent location, close to the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, shopping center, Siam park and Siam Mall.

We stayed here all inclusive for 10 nights. The food was amazing so much choice. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. But the entertainment staff were on another level, I cannot thank them enough, my 9 year old daughter had a fantastic time dancing, singing, playing games getting involved and was never bored!! Thank you hotel gala for making our Christmas so special!

Leuk kleinschalig hotel. Klein buffet voor eten, maar goede kwaliteit. Kamer was oke, kon beter worden schoongemaakt. Vriendelijk personeel die je goed te woord staat. Genoeg ruimte altijd bij de zwembaden en groot pluspunt was de bubbelbad!

We enjoyed our stay , was a half board 6 day visit. Stayed in room 423 overlooking the pool . Hotel was a typical Spanish 3/4 star, food was ok but not great. Evening entertainment was low budget , but popular with the multi national guests. Our room had a good view of the pool, bathroom was a little dated. Beds were quite firm, but for what we paid , it was what we expected. Pool area has a large number of sunbeds, and plenty to go around, but it didnt stop the bed hoggers getting up at daft o clock to reserve beds . The spa has a nice indoor pool with jets, the gym was a little dated but functional. Staff in the hotel are friendly, and it’s a cashless hotel where everything goes on the room to settle the bill on departure. The hotel is clean, and quite modern in areas. We probably wouldn’t stay again, as the food was a little bland after 6 days, but for a 6 day deal in December it was very passable!

Resto très très bruyant il y a du choix dans la nourriture mais la nourriture est premier prix pas très bon et pour 8000 euros la semaine cela ne vaut pas le prix et la qualité on est habituer aux croisières la nourriture c’est autre chose ce n’est pas digne d’un 4 étoiles nourriture sans goût

Our second time holidaying in Tenerife. We came back because we had such a good time the first time in Hotel Alexandre Troya. We tried Hotel Alexandre Gala this time, and they exceeded our expectations so much! The service was great, night entertainment was fun, facilities were fantastic. But what stood out was the special smiling service from chef Jose in the buffet area. He always accommodated our requests (we are vegetarians and that limits the food choices in most of Europe) and made the holiday a truly memorable experience! Thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality! We will be back 😀😀😀!

what a beautiful hotel could not fault it the decor is wonderful and spotless clean. On the down side was given a ground floor room at the side of the hotel not to far from Veronica’s the noise until 4am in the morning was horrendous constant boom boom boom we did ask to be moved after the forth night I could cheerfully have gone home I was so sleep deprived. We were given another room and it was so much quieter although the view was a graffiti wall. I certainly would go back to this hotel if I was sure I was given a good room with a decent view and was quite enough to sleep.
