Hotel Best Tenerife

Lovely hotel. We had a great time. Booking to come back next year!! Animation team are brilliant. Staff friendly. We had a suite with a huge balcony. The food was fine. Something for everyone. The hotel is in a fantastic location. Central to everything!

If you have booked this hotel please just ignore all of the negative reviews. We spent 10 days at the Best Tenerife in August and we all had a great holiday. The Staff were amazing, could not fault the food and drinks and the entertainment was great during the day and at night. The Hotel is kept immaculate all of the time and rooms are cleaned daily. Yes some of the rooms and hallways need updating, yes some tiles have cracks in but for approx. £3000 for a ten day holiday, all inclusive for a family of four it most definitely is value for money. Great hotel in a perfect location. Would definitely stay again...

The room was well below standard in fact jet2 came and took photos the manager was not that bothered and was not effective in sorting problems it is worth noting the4 star ratings is based on facilities not on room quality the staff in restaurant were excellent

Rip off Pepsi cartons for drinks after paying £3300 for 3 adults and a child,food so raw a gud vet cud av brought bk to life,toilets more skidmarks than Tenerife’s runway.kids disco 20 mins same songs ideal if kids r deaf,return again erm only in spirit to haunt the place

Read few horror storys bout this place and most were true, animation team hardly spoke to anyone girl on microphone all time sounded like Mickey Mouse with constipation, they must have whispered kids club so no kids would here and want to go,shows ok but I’ve seen some bad shows, mini disco 8:30 till 9pm but they spend 10mins talking shizen then same 5 songs, spiderman doing okey kokey then checking his watch at 2 minutes to 9, arse,food ok always something to eat I suppose, self service drinks so 0 ques which is good.pools are fine hot tubs good if u got small kids, all in all decent holiday but not worth £3300 for family of 4 .

Been many times excellent hotel staff very helpful food large choice of hot or cold very clean rooms the hotel is very central and close to the beach front and any amenities very quite on a night time noise wise but buzy enough tobe pleasurable

Was dreading coming out with all the bad reviews must have read about 1000 reviews ,don't be put off by what people say a holiday is what you and your party make it ,we were staying AI , the hotel is clean and tidy ,my wife is in a electric wheelchair and had no problems getting around the hotel,our room was 013 and had a walk in shower and a pool view, clean towels everyday,the food was bang on yes a bit repetitive but you get that everywhere you go, was finding something to eat each day, we were here for 10 nights, for breakfast omelettes were great the wife loved the pancakes, lunch was dead on to, dinner was good as well ,everything you could wish for, the snack bar at the pool was good aswell chips,burgers,pizza,cheese and ham toasties,chicken nuggets, serve yourself drinks local beer and spirits in paper cups but you can bring your own plastic pint glasses, refills till your hearts contented, great location for this hotel, out the front and down the side takes you on to the Golden mile in 5 mins ,you can walk for miles as I can and the wife in her electric wheelchair, as some of our party also in electric wheelchair and you can hire a scooter if you have mobility issues, getting a sun bed is a bit of a challenge you need to be up about 7am but as we were out and about nearly everyday it didn't bother us on the day we got a sun bed we were close to the steps for some of our party with mobility issues to get into the pool,there are a few homeless people about the outside of the hotel but don't borther you not what you want to see but it happening everywhere, pick pockets are about especially at night so be on your guard we mostly went out during the day and evening then back to the hotel for dinner, the kids mini disco to the entertainment was good crack maybe not on a westend stage show production but the acts were good and got the crowd involved especially the drag queen act the singers were good from Freddie Mercury to Lady Gaga to Taylor Swift,all in all we had a great time now for the big question would I return to the hotel the answer is YES I'll be booking at the end of the month for 2025 so I'll see you again Best Tenerife for another fun filled holiday in the sun this time for 2 weeks so stock up the bar refill the chicken nuggets and chips as Arnie said I'LL BE BACK ❤️🍕🍾🍺💋🎉😎🙌
