The food didn’t taste bad but they has just 1 place for lunch and the lunch had like just 2 options for a buffet style. They need to coordinate the waiters, no one knew who was taking care of who. Tbh I don’t think I’ll recommend this place. Only place I liked was the bar by the pool, the guy was very attentive and friendly.

There seemed to be a shortage of personnel, services and hesitancy to supply some resources. At check-in, only two customer service representatives were manning the desk. On our arrival, these two representatives were helping other customers, forcing our group and others who arrived to wait an extended period. Not a good start for first time visitors. Our group was dominantly English speaking with a small sprinkle of Spanish understanding. Friendlier accommodation because of our lack of comprehension was not provided but directed to multiple work areas to find a person who understood our request. Most of the personnel did not give the impression of 'customer is always right' and did not bend over-backwards to help. I don't know what the deal was, but we had to continually ask for face towels. And, when housekeeping did bring the towels, they only brought two! It took three trips to customer service to get face towels supplied daily. The shower area needs a good scrubbing to remove buildup on tile grout. The exterior of the building looks great but the interior needs remodeling. Walls have visible areas of previous repairs, and some damage to the floors. Panama is a beautiful country and Panama City is great. Would I go back the Panama City, yes, just not to this resort.
