Jardines del Sol

We had a nice clean appartement which was very spacious. The bed is really good, very soft and we slept like babies. Bathroom was nothing special but clean which is the most important thing. Breakfast is a bit on the expensive side. (8,- for 2 small orange juice). The staff was friendly. We would’ve liked to stay longer but unfortunately it was fully booked. The only downside was the 100,- borg that has to be payed with creditcard as we didn’t have one but we got the appartement anyway. I recommended this place to others if they’re looking to relaxed without the screams from tourists. If you read this as a tourist please keep this beautiful island clean and show your respect. (We walked around with an empty bag picking up trash along the road)

We've stayed here before, and will be returning. The chalets are superbly equipped and spotlessly clean. All the staff from the gardeners to the receptionists are all friendly and happy to say hello and help you make your stay as good as it can be. Playa Blanca, especially Flamingo Beach are our favourite places. So many things to do in and around the island for couples like us and families.

I can't fault it - the accommodation is really nice and super clean, well equipped kitchen and outdoor furniture. Staff are really friendly and helpful, cleaners doing an amazing job. Entertainment on in the evenings was good to have that option, and it didn't go on too late. I didn't have a car so it's a bit of a walk to the beach or the bus stop is right outside. Nice to be in a peaceful area. I was there on my own and felt very welcomed and safe there. It was great to have shower gels/hand wash etc already in the bathroom. My only small suggestion to improve with the sustainability, that I was on my own and didn't need to use the dishwasher for a few small plates. It would be good if able to provide some dishwashing soap and sponge that remains in the apartment. I don't mind that I had to buy it, because I didn't think to bring it with me, but then it probably was thrown away when I left :) Note that the English TV channels had a problem on the island when I was there, I believe this was not within their control. I appreciate most people will not be watching tv on holiday though! There was a notice in reception to inform this. Thank you for a fabulous stay I enjoyed it and would love to come again!

Already looking at when we can return. Great place to stay. Pool and restaurant but you can be fully self sufficient if that is your thing. A short 10/15 minute walk into the centre of Playa Blanca but with bus and taxi stops directly outside. Had a fantastic break here, hope to return soon.

The atmosphere and tranquility of jardines del sol is beyond compare . The apartments are lovely and the pool so inviting that we swam every day. The restaurant is busy friendly and welcoming . The resort staff are exemplary in manner and approach.

We had such a fantastic and relaxing holiday. The villa was so comfy and had everything we needed. The beds and especially the pillows were so comfortable that slept so well. The staff in the bar were so friendly and made us feel at home straight away. Can’t wait to go back. It is a quiet and peaceful site that was perfect for us.

The accommodation was lovely, with the additional washing machine, dishwasher and built in water filter for fresh drinking water .. The Montana Roja is very close if you fancy a trek .. The beach is close by, there is a lovely walk along the seafront to the harbour and the marina ..
