The hotel is situated in a good area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay in Tierra Viva and could definitely go back there in the future.

Excelente el desayuno y la atención muy amable y eficiente de la Srta Valeria . Da gusto volver . Recomendadisimo . Pues justo estaba de pasada x Piura y vimos el anuncio del desayuno buffet x tiktok y comprobé que es muy cierto , la limpieza y el bonito hotel con la vista privilegiada del 9no piso lo hace agradable el desayuno . Da gusto comer en lugares así . Por lo cual será motivo de regresar por este lugar .

Un hotel que no estaba en mis planes pero que encontré y me ha parecido el mejor de Piura ciudad, excelente calidad y relación precio-comodidad excepcional. Muy bien preparado su personal, Su desayuno A1, el mejor que he probado en restaurantes del mismo nivel en Piura. Felicitaciones.
