Este es un bello hotel, con habitaciones impecables, amplias e insonorizadas...El baño también amplio, limpio y cómodo. El descanso, garantizado .El desayuno correcto. La ubicación, muy práctica. Pero un hotel es la gente que recibe y atiende a los huéspedes. Son todos cordiales y se nota que están entrenados para decir su libreto oportunamente, pero no te dan información precisa sobre la ciudad, (por ejemplo no te saben decir a cuantos minutos esta tal o cual). "que tipo de comida hay para cenar?" "en las mesas hay un QR para que consulte la carta" (plop). Bajé al restaurante y tuve que ir al lado porque no había nadie a quien pedirle comida. Y "no tenemos bar, le podemos hacer un trago, pero no hay bar"

Hello everyone, we live in Piura and we recently moved and obviously the house was full of boxes, so my wife and I decided to look for a hotel to relax after the move and the Holiday Inn was an option. We made the effort for 3 nights and it was worth it. Very good sleep quality, good wifi, no Netflix, Direct TV, just the right amenities, there is an iron and ironing board, safe, empty minibar, desk and chair, good towels, good shower and bathroom, good air conditioning, curtains black out, everything ok. The breakfast buffet is quite good and is included. There is no room service. The pool is very nice, there are towels there. The staff is very friendly and attentive. There is free parking in the basement of the Plaza del Sol mall. The price-quality ratio could be a little better, but it is acceptable. The rooms, simply spectacular. Spacious, bright, clean, comfortable and rest is 100% guaranteed. It has a good bed and perfect pillows. The bathroom is large with a good shower. A huge desk to work on. Breakfast is correct, more than enough. 100% recommended hotel.

Un hotel bello, instalaciones nuevas, personal amable, gentil, desayuno muy vareado, las habitaciones me encantaron muy cómodas para descansar muy bien, lo único que faltaría es que les falta cosas por vender, bebidas, snack, etc tuve que salir a comprar.
