Clean and friendly. Staff is great. Managers are awesome..the place made you feel like you are at home an they have everything you need for the kitchens in your room..staff is very friendly accommodating............ ..................

Leanne ans April are awesome managers and are so sweet and helpful. Anytime i needed anything they were right there to fix the issue. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are a great size in comparison to other places plus they have a kitchen area with a large fridge.

Had a wonderful stay, the hotel was very clean, we were provided more than enough towels and soaps. And the staff were all friendly and went above and beyond ! We needed more towels and they were brought up swiftly with almost no wait, everyone was so accommodating!

Coming back to a quiet room after a long day of work. Priceless. Having a hotel that is near restaurants and grocery stores is very handy. Sometimes you might feel like cooking your own meals sometimes you don't. Having a guest laundry room is also a plus most of the other hotel chains don't have this pleasurable feature.

I LOVE the extended stay America their staff is so accommodating and helpful. I have especially had a very great experience working with the supervisor Laura. She has been EXTREMELY helpful and has gone above and BEYOND to assist me.

The smell was so bad throughout the hallways. We had to leave 2 hours into our stay as we found a bug crawling in the bed. The sink was slightly broken and it wasn’t clean or welcoming. We will not be going back. So unhappy and grossed out.

It will never be fancy. It's just a place to sleep not spend all your time. I did find the staff to be very helpful and made some nice recommendations for restaurants etc. Most of Pittsburgh was booked the dates we needed so we took the chance. Breakfast is truly just granola bars, instant oatmeal packets and coffee and tea. The most irritating thing was the lack of blowdryers in the rooms and having to ask for one. Also, they were out of them when we arrived? This isn't the 80" spend the money to get blowdryers. Why put your staff in the situation to have say you don't have any??
