The public area is old and dirty. The doors are still there, the floors and tables are not cleaned, except for the bed. The breakfast is just packed. No slippers or toothbrushes are provided. There is no convenience store nearby.

Breakfast was supposed to be included, and they gave nothing but a paper bag with an orange juice, a danish and water that was not in the advertising book in the room. We also had a room in the basement, which was really stinky, and our toilet leaked water all over the floor and our air conditioner didn’t work, right I will not come here again

We stayed in a room that you had to go up and down stairs to, room 138, basically a basement, which had all the warmth of a dungeon. Cracked plastic window 8 feet up from floor, no cups in room, counters were either unwiped or wiped poorly, and in the hallway was the dirtiest mop water I have ever seen just left out.

This place is horrible!!! False advertising about nice rooms and breakfast included. When we checked in, the gentleman gave us keys for a room already occupied. We went back to the front desk, and he proceeded to tell us housekeeping said it was cleaned and cleared. He switched us to an unoccupied room that was dirty and disgusting. The City of Pittsburgh should seriously condemn this place!!
