After a long day of travel from Winston-Salem for a business meeting early tomorrow morning across the street at ECU Health, I arrived at the Residence Inn Greenville, ready to unwind. Upon checking into my room, I noticed a minor issue with the shower. However, this was quickly and professionally resolved by the Assistant Manager, Madison, and her incredibly kind and helpful assistant, Jalyn. As someone who has been traveling for business for nearly two decades, I understand that small discrepancies can occur. What sets this experience apart is how swiftly and efficiently the team addressed the issue. Their level of service and attentiveness is something I’ve rarely encountered. Having been a frequent guest at Marriott Courtyard properties in the past, my positive experience at the Residence Inn has led me to make this my preferred choice for future stays. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and the relaxing atmosphere provided by this hotel and their staff.
