The Old Manse of Blair was fantastic! For starters, we missed our flight into Glasgow and had to drive in from Edinburgh. We contacted the host and he was willing to stay late, beyond regular check in hours, for us to arrive. We stayed in one of the outbuildings. It was beautiful and comfortable. Eat breakfast at the Manse. It was fresh and delicious. And honestly, those cows- they are so cute! I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay in very comfortable surroundings
Excellent welcome in beautiful accommodation. Angus was particularly helpful answering all our questions and all the staff were most helpful.
Excellent large collection of whiskies for tasting. Highly recommended. Would stay again.

A lovely stay
Lovely hotel in a beautiful part of the country. Check-in was a little odd, but we quickly got our keys, and checked into our lovely room. It was clean; well furnished, and the bathroom was a great size. We appreciated having a little outdoor space to sit as well. We enjoyed a glass of wine in front of the lovely main house in the sunshine.
Small niggles - there’s no fridge in the room, our bathroom (the aspen) has some water damage on the ceiling, and the tv wouldn’t connect to the hotel WiFi. All pretty minor, but worth noting given the price point of the room.

Amazing place!
Amazing place close to Cairngorms national park. Very friendly staff, beautifully situated, amazing views, great accommodation. Can’t recommend enough. Would most definitely go again.

Great stay
Overall a lovely stay and beautiful setting. The rooms were very clean and amenities great. Good selection of continental and cooked breakfast. The evening meal was really delicious.
Some lack of training of staff noted though, could be more courteous.
