Placed was clean, stayed only 1 night so it was fine. Great place if you want a place just to sleep.
Location was near pisa tower, just a few minutes walk only. Surrounding area was good to explore.
Moreover, the host was very nice and friendly.

Terribile, anche se la posizione è ottima. Le foto proposte dal propietario esaltano quella che è una misera realtà; almeno per Camera Painting, quella della foto: era con la muffa sui muri e l'odore era persistente sia all'ingresso della costruzione sia nell'alloggio. Mio figlio è pure allergico alla muffa. Per fortuna è stato solo per una notte. Alloggio veramente pessimo. Abbiamo soggiornato il 27 agosto, con la registrazione effettuata da mio marito. Ci si potrebbe anche accontentare se il prezzo pagato non fosse altissimo rispetto alla qualità. Sconsigliato!

Che dire peggio di così si muore! Arredamento molto datato, materasso indescrivibile, non c’è dove appoggiare le valige, bagno con porta a soffietto marrone rotta perché non si chiude, manca asciugamano da bidet, solo telo e viso, inesistente un piccolo frigo bar, non c’è un bicchiere in dotazione, persiana a scorrimento che non si chiude…… penso che sarà sufficiente per capire che non ci tornerò mai più

I would say that the only positive point of this room is the fact that it is a 5-minute walk from the Tower of Pisa. We had the Poetry room. The desk in the room was completely rusty, in the bathroom there is no furniture to put our things. We had to take 2 chairs which were in the kitchen located next to our room. Cleanliness needs to be reviewed. However, the bedding was pretty good. The whole thing is a bit dated. It's enough for one night, but no more.

a real gem. Although the entire check-in system is automated, there is always a person available to answer the most diverse questions. the poetry room is comfortable with a large shower. quiet area a few steps from hospitals, universities and Piazza dei Miracoli. I will definitely be back!

We stayed in the Nicky room for New Year's Eve, acceptable quality and price. The owner (Michele) was very kind and helpful, apartment near the tower of Pisa and close to its best monuments. Recommended for short stays.
