Excellent hotel. Perfect location. Pisa tower buses were right in front of hotel. Walk to tower is 20 mts. Lots of halal food options around.

The hotel room is a bit old and different from the photos on the platform. The male staff at the front desk is not very friendly. The breakfast is good and has many choices.

Service is not good. They didn't tell us when to check out before checking in. As a result, when I checked out at around 12:00 today, I was told that it was timed out and I had to pay an extra 16 euros. There were two of us and one child. I told him whether it was okay to meet it in the middle and I said no. The overall feeling is that they want to make money from tourists. Not recommended to come to this place
