Una piacevole sorpresa: camere molto moderne, spaziose e pulite. Reception e sala riservata alla colazione/cena in classico stile Trentino, anche queste molto curate. Colazione a buffet varia e assortita, peccato la mancanza di alcuni prodotti tipici (es. Speck per il salato e Strudel per il dolce), cena veramente di buona qualità con varietà di terra e mare. Servizio puntuale e molto professionale. Unico neo la SPA: veramente troppo piccole per la numerica di persone presenti, ho dovuto fare la fila per una sauna perché troppo piena (il bagno turco non era funzionante). Anche la sala relax è un po’ angusta. Piscina carina ma piccola. Purtroppo essendo sviluppata nel seminterrato dell’hotel non è possibile sviluppare una parte esterna ne’ prevedere un ampliamento. Consigliatissimo se non troppo fruitori della SPA…

La vacanza presso l'Alpen Hotel Vidi di Madonna di Campiglio, è stata pienamente soddisfacente. La struttura che si trova in pieno centro è stata completamente ristrutturata circa 4 anni fa ed è assolutamente rispondente a tutte le esigenze dei clienti. Avevamo una suite magnifica con 2 ambienti, 2 balconi, 2 bagni, 2 TV con vista sui monti, con una presenza di legno negli arredi gradevole e ben bilanciata con la struttura della stanza. Pulizia assoluta. La famiglia Vidi è accogliente e professionale pronta a rispondere alle varie esigenze che abbiamo avuto. Durante tutto il soggiorno abbiamo cenato presso l'albergo e ben abbiamo fatto, piatti ottimi , mai uno sbaglio e la sera di ferragosto un menù spettacolare. Un bonus e un plauso per il bravissimo maitre Giovanni che riesce ad essere anche informale nella formalità, complimenti. Per rilassarsi poi c'è una spa, non grandissima, ma assolutamente appagante: piscina con nuoto controcorrente e idromassaggio, sauna finlandese, bagno turco, doccia a cascata, doccia modulare con cromatismi e aromi rigeneranti e poi tisane, frutta secca e area relax. Parcheggio incluso nel prezzo. Cosa vuoi di più? 4 stelle superior assolutamente meritate, l'Hotel Vidi una garanzia per splendide vacanze.

In occasione del ponte dell’Immacolata, ho trascorso qualche giorno all’Alpen Hotel Vidi con mio padre e mio fratello: è stato un soggiorno assolutamente piacevole e da ripetere! L’hotel è accogliente, le camere sono state di recente rinnovate e arredate con gusto e la vista sul paese merita davvero la visita. Cena servita, ottima. Colazione varia e appetitosa Un grazie infine a tutto lo staff per la gentilezza e professionalità dimostrata durante l’intero soggiorno.

Siamo stati con la famiglia nella settimana di ferragosto. Ci siamo trovati benissimo posto centralissimo, i titolari molto gentili e disponibili ad ogni nostra richiesta. Tutto il personale della sala ristorante cortese ed efficiente.. lo chef top!! Torneremo sicuramente😊

Che dire....I fratelli Vidi, sono persone squisite. Consigliamo questo hotel in tutto, la posizione ottima,le stanze molto ampie e pulitissime, la spa deliziosa, il cibo ottimo, lo staff sempre presente ad ogni richiesta. Ci torneremo sicuramente per la terza volta. Grazie di cuore.

Sono stata molto bene in questo hotel a Madonna di Campiglio, ho trascorso qui 5 notti, in una camera tripla grande, tutta rinnovata con un grande bagno e un bel balconcino. Gentilezza del personale, e Ristorante veramente di buon livello, tutto ottimo e abbondante. Un ringraziamento speciale al personale di sala, Sara, Giovanni e Sergio che ci hanno accolto sempre con il sorriso coccolandoci tutte le sere e mattine. Carina la zona spa dove passare qualche ora in relax. Molto consigliato!

This hotel was lovely. Our room was spotlessly clean and was very well maintained. Breakfast was great. Lots of choice and it was easy to have a good start to the day before heading to the slopes. The hotel had its own ski storage area. Heated lockers for boots and skis. The closest lift to the hotel is only a short walk but it is uphill. We used ski hire shop which was just over a 5 minute walk down hill. The hotel has a small pool, steam room, sauna and relaxation room. We looked forward to using these facilities each evening. Dinner was great. You selected your evening meal from a menu at breakfast. I have to say the restaurant staff were amazing, headed up by Giovanni we were always well looked after and always very friendly. We had a great ski holiday. Madonna is a lovely place and I’m sure I’ll be back to stay in this hotel again. Thanks again to Giovanni and the team for looking after us each day at breakfast and dinner.

The location of this hotel is excellent, easy walking distance to the main town square, restaurants and bars close by. My room was very modern, clean and spacious. Bathroom was spotless and a very good shower. My balcony view was very good for the 2nd floor, even though I was facing another building. However, if I had stayed in the floor above, I’m sure the view would have been much nicer. When I returned from skiing, I was able to easily dry my skiing gear with the large towel rail. The button for the towel rail was a little bit concealed so it wasn’t in an obvious place. The staff were very friendly and helpful through the duration of my stay. I would like to mention a lady called Sara and she was always happy and bubbly and she made me very welcome. Also Sergio was very good with his delicious cocktails and also I want to mention a lady called Tatiana who made me feel very welcome, she gave me a wonderful full body massage and made me feel at home. Tatiana went above and beyond. I believe this hotel is run by a couple of brothers and they provide very good hospitality and I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here.

Stayed at this hotel in January 2022. Cannot think of a negative word to say about the experience. We are a difficult couple to cater for as I have a severe nut allergy and my wife is gluten free. I was nervous about the food but Claudio and his team were amazing, explaining what I could eat safely. I'm pretty sure they altered the menu for the week to cater for me and keep nuts off the menu as much as possible. They had gluten free pasta and other options for my wife as well. The various pork main dishes were delicious and meals overall very good, the only thing I would say is I'm glad neither of us are veggie as those options seemed a bit limited. The rooms are huge! We had a massive living room space as well as comfy large bed (2 singles pushed together). There was an amazing amount of cupboard space and a safe to use for valuables. The spa area is also amazing! The pool was a godsend on the legs after a long day on the slopes and the sauna lovely as well. My wife mentioned that it was my birthday and after dinner they had left a bottle of bubbly in our room - an absolutely class touch! Capped off an amazing experience for us skiing the first time in Italy.
