Che dire...appena finita la vacanza....UNICA nota positiva ...la posizione......per il resto da dimenticare. Struttura datata. Accoglienza appena sufficiente, cucina PESSIMA, servizi navetta per il paese centellinati e a pagamento, tutto si paga, compreso l'acqua......servizio bar gestito da ragazzi gentili e disponibili. Ma non ci tornerò mai piu. Un Vero peccato. Essere in un comprensorio così bello e sfruttare solo quello senza essere all'altezza della situazione. Io al posto di chi gestisce.....mi vergognerei

Abbiamo scelto questo family hotel per permettere alle nostre bimbe di divertirsi e a noi di rilassarci .. e devo dire che il servizio del mini club è stato davvero eccellente. Ragazze e ragazzi meravigliosi .. hanno organizzato tantissime attività divertenti per i nostri bambini . Il capo animatore ha organizzato anche tante cose divertenti per noi adulti . È stata un’ esperienza davvero fantastica ! Spero di ritrovarvi presto !!!

Abbiamo soggiornato per la seconda volta all hotel Carlo Magno , dire che ci siamo trovati bene è superfluo, lo staff cordiale gentile disponibile e simpatico. Abbiamo conosciuto Luca che ci ha rallegrato le nostre serate e con il quale abbiamo fatto delle passeggiate sulla neve. L hotel offre un servizio mini club di altissimo livello , con piscina per i bimbi e altri giochi vari pensati per i più piccoli. Un altro personaggio importante di questo albergo è il barman Giovanni preparato e molto simpatico. Torneremo presto

Anche quest'anno abbiamo scelto Madonna di Campiglio e soprattutto di tornare all'hotel Carlo Magno. L'hotel si trova in una posizione ottimale per chi vuole sciare e anche per chi, come me, vuole fare delle escursioni durante il giorno. Quest'anno ci ha accompagnati Luca, sempre gentile e disponibile. Un ringraziamento speciale va anche a Paolo, Alfredo ed Antonio che a colazione e a cena ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Ottimi anche gli aperitivi!. Molto bella sia la spa che la piscina.

Ottima posizione, adatto per chi vuole sciare ma anche fare trekking. L'albergo dispone di una navetta per il centro di Madonna di Campiglio. Grazie a Luca, Giorgia e tutti i ragazzi/e del mini club mia figlia si è divertita molto. Unica pecca l'acqua della piscina un po freddina...

Veniamo in questo hotel da tanti anni , Ci siamo sempre trovati bene , ho dato 5 stelle riassumo qui alcune considerazioni ; Punti a favore : Sci ai piedi Navetta per campiglio Ragazzi dello staff del ristorante , in particolare Francesco Spa Baby club comodissimo Pulizia delle stanze e dell’hotel Punti a sfavore : Piscina bambini non sorvegliata Acqua della piscina e idromassaggio fredda Buffet da migliorare Un particolare ringraziamento a Luca che ci ha accompagnato durante le nostre passeggiate mattutine e ha animato le serate in hotel , grazie a tutto lo staff del baby club , Giorgia e gli altri ragazzi e ragazze , che hanno intrattenuto i nostri bambini . Torneremo l’anno prossimo sperando di trovare l’acqua calda in piscina .

Servizi pessimi, personale maleducato, ogni passo è a pagamento, l’animazione inesistente Cibo ogni sera tiepido e piscina con acqua fredda. Dopo aver speso quasi 10 mila euro in questa settimana abbiamo avuto un esperienza mai avuta. Da sconsigliare assolutamente alle famiglie.

E stata una bellissima vacanza, grazie al servizio delle passeggiate sulla neve ho potuto godere a pieno dei bellissimi paesaggi che ci sono a Madonna di campiglio. Servizio hotel ottimo , posizione fantastica e un osservazione speciale per il responsabile animazione luca che ci ha intrattenuto piacevolmente.
