Hemos pasado dos días maravillosos en Madrid y parte de ello ha sido posible gracias al equipo e instalaciones del hotel. Habitación comodisima y limpia, camas espectaculares, baño y amenities completísimo. Desayuno correcto. Enhorabuena a todo el equipo.

Todo perfecto, Recepción, Suite y Desayuno. El personal muy amable con nosotros y tuvieron el detalle de alargar el desayuno. Esta situado en un buen lugar para aparcar si vas con vehículo particular y para ir al parqué de la Warner. No hay ninguna objeción

Viajé con mi pareja y unos amigos a pasar 2 días al Parque Warner Madrid y elegimos este hotel porque esta a las afueras de Madrid esta bien situado y tiene fácil aparcamiento. El servicio muy amable en todo momento la limpieza la habitación muy limpia, confortable, y el baño extra limpio. Al lado del hotel hay un centro comercial. Lo recomendamos para pasar unos días en Madrid y si quieres ir a otros parques tambiéon esta bien comunicado.

Una experiencia malísima, llegamos y la habitación hasta las 14 no nos la daban , veníamos de Valencia con ganas de ducharnos y cambiarnos y no pudimos , nos tuvimos que cambiar en un baño que había al lado de la cafetería, tampoco puso mucho de su parte la recepciónista , un poco desagradable la situación la verdad . La habitación puedo decir que bastante vieja para ser un 4 estrellas, vamos que no sé de dónde sacan las 4 estrellas , la cama de un lado estaba hundía , el desayuno bastante flojo, muy justo, por no decir pésimo en variedad, no vale el precio que cuesta. Pero lo más triste y lo peor de todo es la habitación que nos dieron , la 403 , justo enfrente de la azotea de todos los aires acondicionados del centro comercial y encima de nosotros también habían más aires acondicionados, imaginaros el escándalo insoportable que hacen esos motores , toda la noche sin poder dormir del ruido, me parece inhumano que puedan ofrecer esa habitación, es imposible descansar, asique mi experiencia ha sido bastante mala en este hotel , ni lo recomiendo ni volveré nunca en mi vida lo tengo claro .

El peor hotel donde he estado, la habitación simple, la cama por un lado se hundía , el desayuno bastante flojo Por no decir bastante malo para lo que vale de precio , y para colmo nos dieron las habitacion 403 que justo está enfrente de la azotea de los aires acondicionados del centro comercial. Fue horrible toda la noche con ese ruido sin poder descansar. Me parece inhumano que puedan ofrecer esa habitación, es imposible descansar con ese ruido , el peor hotel sin duda en el que he estado nunca.

Era la primera vez que utilizaba los servicios de esta cadena de hoteles, y estoy encantada. Todo perfecto. Alojamiento espacioso, limpio, confortable. Contrate ademas desayuno buffet, variado y todo riquisimo. El personal que tratamos tanto recepcion como cafeteria, encantador. Una experiencia para repetir sin ninguna duda.

Ya conocía el hotel y cuando trabajo por la zona suelo hospedarme aqui. El servicio es muy bueno, el restaurante tambien ofrece muy buena calidad. La limpieza es buena y en lineas generales estoy conforme en la estancia del los dias que he estado en el hotel

Hemos estado super agusto, teníamos sitio para 6 personas cómodamente,instalaciones estupendas y ubicación genial. Cuando volvamos a hacer planes en Madrid, seguro que repetiremos en este hotel. Ha sido un gran descubrimiento y el personal muy amable.
