酒店工作人員熱情周到，特別來古城動車站接送幫提行李（這非常重要，兩個大行李小夥子提進去），這裏沒有網約車，選擇這家酒店接送服務尤其重要，酒店做的菜也很地道，價格也合理，對酒店兩名工作小夥子以及廚師印象非常好，希望酒店生意越來越好。

酒店位置優越，距南大街步行5-6分鐘，又深入巷子中安靜無擾：房間裝修十分考究，智能燈控，智能窗簾，智能衞浴，毛巾和床品都高質量，媲美五星酒店的品質；服務的帥哥美女熱情周到，提前微信溝通，高鐵站接送無縫連接，還幫忙預訂了《又見平遙》的票；特別值得一提的是餐飲，早餐套餐形式，各種小食小菜搭配精美，吃的舒服，兩天沒有重樣。特別推薦劉師傅烹製的老醋燜爐魚。下次來還住這兒。

房間稍小，但環境好，在古城中心地帶，去景點比較方便。服務周到熱心，酒店飯菜口味佳。酒店服務時有求必應。接送服務貼心，負責提行李，送到站口。
